yeah but I would have liked to have attained at least one achievement before i returned it after 2 months and about 50 hours of play time... boo.

Yes.  Yes I did.  It's a nice change of pace from shooting someone in face, collecting orbs, or trying to get one more crashbreaker... and I think that was the point.

 

The achievements are difficult, but there's a little more to it than that...

you're right there is more to it than that. but you need clinically diagnosed OCD to unveil it. and when you do you'll see that there isn't much to that after all. thats how i see it

I'm aware this game has a volleyball, and a wave-race-esqe component to it (and a few other things). But c'mon, there's not much else past that, game-play wise :P

Also, to clarify things, I don't have the "you only baught this game for the boobs, GET A LIFE AND A GIRL FRIEND NOOBS!!!" mentality :P

It's just that, this isn't a real game, just mainly chicks frolicing on a beach.

Well I'm female.  I didn't buy this game to check out ladies' jiggling boobies.  I can do that by standing infront of a mirror and jumping up and down.

Personally, for such a sexual game, I find it very girlie.  A massive part of it is going shopping and making your characters look pretty.  That's probably why I play it.

Having said that, even I admit it's not a very good game.  The volleyball is very simplistic, the mini-games are even blander, and the overall gameplay is EXTREMELY repetitive.

I mean, you can't even trade your "memories" (photos) over Xbox Live.  Pure laziness on the developer's part.

I know this game hasn't sold well - in any country.  I'll be surprised if we see a DOAX3.  No It's a DOA game I'm sure we'll see more Franshices do that, but hopefully it will encourage them to put for effort into the next one.

As I've said before I bought my first DOA for the BOOBs and nothing else (ten years ago), I contiune to buy the games because I fell for the Characters. The DOAX games aren't the best in the Franchise but I enjoy them because I don't always want to cause Viloence sometimes I just want to spend time relaxing ot the beace witha pretty girl, and as the Beachs around here suck...

I bought it for two reasons. One, it's a good perve on jiggliness, even though some of the boob bouncing in this one is a little strange.

The second one is the main reason. As far as human body physics go, DOAX is quite simply the best there is. And being it cost me about £13 to buy I figured it was worth a look for that price. Next time you play, check the movement and body attitude, you will not find that level of-I wouldn't even call it accuracy, more like perfection-accuracy in any other game. (Mainly because there isn't much of a game in DOAX and they can devote large chunks of time to getting it right.

Of course we all bought this game for the babes. Call it perversion if you like, but you can't deny that's it's man's nature to enjoy watching jiggling women. Whether the women doing the jiggling be pixilated or real, we who have a weiner and balls will enjoy it.

Gah thank god I'm borrowing this game from a friend.  I wouldnt spend any money on this game, even if it were $20.  I'm trying to get the achievements so I can return it but from what everyone says I could be playing this forever.  As far as getting it for the boobies, I was a bit happy for that but once I starting playing it....gambling is the only thing that keeps me going.

In any case, I've had this icon ever since I got my 360. I tried out the DOA 4 demo, but I didn't really like the game. However, it left me with some nice icons. So I've stuck with it ever since.

bought it just cos I wanted something different, and so I could have a relaxing game to play when insomnia's bugging me.  Now that I have it, I really enjoy the volleyball, shallow as it is.

lol that's why my wife plays it. And to get cash she does all the sports too so in the end she's better at the game that I own. I bought it coz I'm a doa fan (bar the movie x_x) and jiggle is hypnotizing to watch... I kick @55 with the camera too. ;) But it is pretty slack that there is no Local Co-op or photo trading.
