In Arcade mode to unlock the other tracks do you have to come 1st against a full grid of AI competitors as I've come first against 3 or 4 but not the full grid yet.

I'm having trouble unlocking tracks aswell, I tried the demo version and it said i'd unlocked 8-Ball but couldnt play it since I only had the demo.  I bought the game and the 8 Ball was still locked, i've won the two open tracks on all difficulties and nothing seems to be unlocking.

My game seems to be stuck in demo mode even though i've paid for it. 

Tried deleting and redownloading, still doesnt work. I even thought about deleting the save but there isnt one visible on the memory blade, the only option for MadTracks is the game itself, and deleting that only removes the game, not the save.

I'm having the exact same problem NiROE.

To confirm NiROE's theory - has anyone who downloaded the Full Game straight away (i.e. never downloaded the Trial) experienced this problem?

Having same problem here too. I was thinking two things when I noticed that the game wasn't giving me levels or power ups; A.) I must be terrible at unlocking stuff, or B.) This game blows...I hope there is something I am doing wrong because it's really bugging me.

You actually need to play in adventure mode to unlock new challenges and pick ups.

Mine will not unlock either

We are playing adventure mode, or least I am. No matter which of the 2 modes or levels I play or what place you finish in, it doesn't unlock anything. Promise we're not making it up.

Aye, i've tried everything thats open.  Two gold medals in Adventure mode and nothing else other than the two starter tracks are unlocked.  Like I said earlier, during the demo it did say i'd unlocked 8 Ball, but you cant play that during the demo.  I'm sure if I could delete my save game it'd let me unlock stuff, but theres no file to delete or its well hidden.

A restart of the 360 could help.

Not a bad little game, I havn't played online yet, looks like you could have alot of fun though!

same here - winning and winning but still only the tracks from the test version :(

Yeah I tried deleting the game and restarting the 360. I also downloaded the trial first.

I thought i'd checkout if achievements are possible to obtain, I did Cant Pick This (the one where you drive around Black Out without picking up any powerups) and the achievement unlocked, so it seems my idea of it being stuck in demo mode is wrong, something must be iffy with the savegame I guess.

Sounds like it's almost definitely an issue just for people who've played the demo first.

Logged into a silver account I have on the same 360 and I can unlock the challenges with that gamertag.

We're investigating but were not able to reproduce it.

Denis is there anyway to delete the save game, as i'm unable to find it via the system/memory blade?

I played the demo first, bought the full game from in game, had the same issue, restarted the game and it worked fine [shrug]

Just to chime in with my experience - I paid for and downloaded the full game straight away, and have only played adventure mode so far, which is unlocking levels as it should.

Sounds like, for anyone who hasn't tried this game yet, the best thing to do is either download the full version straight away, or download the trial first, but don't play the trial with your main account.  Use a dummy account, see if you like it, and if so, buy the full version before you play with your main account. 

I'm sure this can be fixed with a patch, but until then, this is probably the best way to go. 

Also, I know that some games (Worms, Hexic, Texas Hold'em, to name a few) save all their save info in your main profile file, not in a seperate save file.  For these games, there is no way to get rid of the save data once it's in your profile.  I'm not sure, but it sounds like this is the case for this game as well, since it's not showing up in the memory pane. 

I kinda wish they'd all do it one way or the other.  The one thing I really miss about Xbox 1 is that every game had its own save files, and you could move most of them freely from box to box.  Now, almost everything is tied to your profile and/or console id, which pretty much makes a memory card useless (unless you don't have a HDD). 

well im pissed i paid 600 points for this and i cant unlock any levels either.

lucky you - I paid 800 points and it still doesn't work ;)

I've tried all now (delete, reload, reload test version, language settings, ...). I think we have to wait for the devs.

oh yeah it was 800.they need to fix it or i want my points plus a free game

Let's see if we can have everyone who's affected answer the following:

- When you played the trial version of the game did you play in Arcade, or did you only play through the tracks in Adventure mode before unlocking the full game?

- What tracks did you play and what tracks did you not play before unlocking the full game?

- Are achievements being unlocked?

- Did you notice a corrupted game file in Memory > Games > Mad Tracks?

- Have you tried deleting and redownloading the Mad Tracks content?

- What about your Xbox Live account, is that showing as corrupt? Check Memory > Gamer Profiles > your account.

- Have you tried playing the full game with another profile? The game should be available for all profiles, offline or online, on the same console once unlocked.

- Did you receive any messages about an achievement, mode, or track unlocking, and that you can purchase the full game to receive access to the content? Did you go ahead and unlock the game at that time? FYI. I am not sure if it is possible in this game to get achievement notifications while playing the trial as I have only played this game for a few moments to better understand the issue.

- This may not apply but it is something we normally ask here at Xbox Support. What type of network setup are you using? Direct to modem, router, Wireless? What devices and model numbers?

- Did you try restarting your Xbox 360?

I know many of these questions have been answered by some of you, but it would be great to have all this answered by everyone to narrow down what may be happening.

It's unfortunate that some of you are having an issue right now. I am confident Load Inc. will get everything straighten out soon. Thanks for patience while this is investigated.
