Okay, i see alot of people asking for help with the achievements so i've decided to make an achievement guide.
Boss Achievements
Curtis Conners 30G
You encounter the Lizard the end of the second Lizard mission. He's easy, just simply slow down time (Left Bumper) and hit him with X and Y combos. If hes troubling you simply wait for him to enter his attack animation and slow down time then counter him with X.
Harry Osborn 30G
You encounter harry (New Goblin) in the New Goblin mission, it's unlocked early in the game after completing a few other missions. You start the fight on harry's glider in a button sequence. Slowing down time (LB) gives you a little extra time to perform the button sequence. After a little while you get thrown off the glider and now you have to fight harry normally.
Simply get on top of a building and find cover (so he doesn't kill you with the pumpkin bombs) and stay there until he gets close. When he gets close jump into the air and slow down time (LB) and hit him with some combos. Rinse and repeat and hes done for.
Luke Carlyle 30G
You encounter Luke at the end of the fifth Mad Bomber mission. When he launches missles at you simply slow down time (LB) and when the missle gets close hit B to send it back. During the fight he will let out a bunch of missles that you can't counter, when he does this take cover. Rinse and repeat and hes done for.
Macdonald Gargan 40G
This is earned on the second Scorpion mission, you unlock this mission as you progress through the game.. My minds a bit foggy and i can't really remember this mission but i remember the fight. During this mission you have to chase and fight scorpion, simply slow down time (LB) and land some combos on him. When you get to the bridge where the generators are you have to fight scorpion again. Simply slow down time (LB) and land some combos on him and when his health is low the you will see the Y button over his head.
Hit Y to grab hold of his tail, while in control of his tail shoot the generators at the top of the bridge (RT) until their all gone. You have control of his tail for about ten seconds, when you lose control of it you have to lower his health again and repeat. After the last generator is destroyed a button sequence appears, slow down time (LB) to make it easier.
Flint Marko 30G
You encounter Flint (Sandman) during the sandman mission, you unlock this mission as you progress through the game. Simply slow down time (LB) and hit him with some combos. Look out for the trains, Flint will run away and the mission will end if you get hit under the tracks and you don't return to the fight in time. When the trains come by and you and flint are standing next to the train, the B button will appear over his head. Press B to enter button sequence to ram flints head into the train. When his health is gone you will enter a button sequence, slow down time (LB) to make it easier.
Sergei Kravinoff 30G
You encounter Kravin in the third Lizard mission. I can't really remember this mission but doing a search should help you find out how to defeat him. All i remember is that i slowed down time and hit him with some combos. Defeat lizards until your rage meter is full, when its full go into rage and hit him with Y button attacks. Always stay on the move so they don't trap you. Try to get kravin trapped into a corner when you go into rage and slow down time to make it easier.
Wilson Fisk 30G
You encounter Wilson (Kingpin) in the second kingpin mission. To defeat him slow down time and counter him with X when you get the chance until your rage meter is filled up. When it's filled up go into rage and slow down time, then hit him with Y button combos. This fight can get lengthy and it might take you a few tries so you have to be patient.
Aleksei Sytsevich 30G
You encounter Aleksei (Rhino) in the third scorpion mission. This fight is easy. Rhino can't be hurt form the front so you have to attack from the back. Have scorpion distract him while you sneak behind him. When you're behind him slow down time (LB) and land some combos. Rhino wil try to charge you later in the battle, simply hit LB and run or swing to dodge it. Throughout the battle you can enter button sequences when close to rhino for extra damage. When rhinos health is gone a button sequence starts, slow down time (LB) to make it easier.
Eddie Brock 40G
You encounter Eddie (Venom) in the last available mission "Grand Finale". This starts off with you fighting venom. To defeat him, hit the stacks of metal poles throughout the area and he will be stunned for a few seconds. When hes stunned slw down time and hit him with some combos until your combo meter is filled. Hit him with the RB+Y attack when it's filled. When his health down to about half this part of the mission will end.
In this part you're playing as New Goblin. When you get to sandman just keep moving left and right while pressing LT for speed, to hurt him lock onto his head and hold down B for a second then throw the pupkin bomb at him. After fighting him for a little bit you enter a button sequence by hitting RT. You have to press Left Stick Down LT Right Left Down X Left and B. Thn you have to soak him with the fire hydrant. Just coninue doing what i said until his health is gone, when it's gone press RT to enter a button sequence to finish him off.
Now it's back to spidey vs venom. Just do what i said before to defeat him. When his health is gone you enter a button sequence, you have to press Left Stick Up A Left A A B LB X LB Y and RT.
Other Achievements
Web Swinger 20G
Simply swing 10 miles, this will be unlocked very early in the game.
Master Web Swinger20G
Simply swing 50 miles, you should get this as you progress through the game.
Mega Web Swinger 30G
Simply swing 200 miles, you should get this naturally as you complete the missions and activities.
Collateral Damage 10G
Simply destroy 25 objects, i destroyed street poles for this.
Mega Tourist 10G
You need to take a photograph from the tallest building in the game. To find it go into your map and hit up on the right thumb stick then zoom in with B. Look around and you'll find it (it's not to hard to find without doing this). When you're on it you need to climb up a white structure, when you're on top of it snap the photo.
Master Tourist 20G
To get this you need to take a 500 point photo. To get it find about five gang members (this is easier while in a combat tour activity) then get their attention and whn you get a couple of them to charge at you snap the photo. If you're having trouble with this try to include some cars and civillians.
Web Slinger 20G
This achievement is glitchy and alot of people have trouble with it. To get it hold down B and tie the required amount of gangsters up. It took me about fourty to get it.
Pole Swinger 10G
To get this you need to position spidey under a pole with a traffic light on it then jump and hit B. He'll start swinging on it. Simply detach from the pole and repeat. You can do this on the same pole for the achievement.
Hitch Hiker 20G
To get this you have to ride on top of a car for 5 miles, to get it, swing around the city and look for a car chase between a cop car and a get away car. Hop on the get away car (to make it easier to get on slow down time (LB)) and kill any gangsters that try attack you from the inside. This achievement stacks so you don't have to do it all on one car.
Splat Master 2007 20G
To get this you have to fall to the ground and take damage 25 times. What i did is i kept re-climbing the daily bugle and jumping off.
Mission/Activity Related Achievements
Shutterbug 20G
Simply complete all 7 daily bugle missions. Tips to complete these can easily be found by doing a search.
Deputy 30G
Simply complete all 3 dewolfe missions. Tips to complete these can easily be found by doing a search.
Mary Jane Thriller 20G
Simply complete all 3 mary jane thrill rides. Tips to complete these can easily be found by doing a search.
Cold Blooded Super Master 30G
Simply complete the two docter conners missions, these get unlocked a little later in the game. Tips to complete these can easily be found by doing a search.
Spider-Man 50G
Complete all of the missions i the game.
A Dark Reward 20G
Complete the mission "Grand Finale" to earn this achievment.
Police Detective 30G
Complete 25 random city crimes. To find random crimes just swing through the city and keep your eyes on your radar. When a yellow dot appears on it follow it, it can be either some gang members starting trouble or a car chase.
Police Corporal 30G
Police Sergeant 30G
Police Officer 30G
I got these achievments randomly. Swing through the city and look for random crimes, either spiderman will say something or a cutscene will start when you find them. Try doing a search for more information on these.
Bomb Squad 20G
You need to get at least bronze on all 8 bomb tours for this achievement.
Police Chief 30G
You need to get at least bronze on all combat tours, i'm not sure if you need to do anything to unlock these. These can get frustrating, my advice is to wait until you get the black suit then try them. It makes it alot easier.
Arachnophile 10G
Fire Breather 1-G
Sweet Tooth 10G
Frequent Flyer 10G
Punk Rocker 10G
Pied Piper 10G
To get these you need to collect the tokens associated with them. My advice is that you use the picture guide that can be found here http://forums.xbox.com/12493386/ShowPost.aspx made by GoldenfoxxPrime.
Trick Novice 20G
Intermediate Racer 20G
Bronze Finalist 20G
Silver Finalist 20G
Gold Medal Winner 30G
I can't really offer any advice here, they're really hard and take time and patience. If you really want these achievements that bad go for it.
