Not a bad game overall..just to short, and no lasting value to warrant a buy. Took me about 5 hours to beat fantastic mode. If even that. started it about 1 this afternoon, took a couple hours off, and just finished.

For Fantastic this is all you need.

1) complete on normal and get all the unlockables.

2) wear the Ultimates outfit

3) Upgrade Things Shockwave and all of his Overall stats.

4) Upgrade Johnnys Fireball and Overall stats as backup. I think Ben went down..once. Maybe twice max on Fantastic.  I used Ben pretty much exclusivley throughout.

For Reeds solo mission, upgrade his Reverse Grapple. Only need about three points into it. Maybe a few into some of his overall. Not needed, but can help.

For Sues solo mission, upgrade Invis, shield, and at least cosmic regen. She's fairly useless compared to the others, but her shield OWNS on her solo. I stood her in the middle of this big crowd of robots with her shield on and it barely got half used before they all blew themselves up.

So you have to start a new game to get into Fantastic Mode?  Should I pick "Start Story" or "Replay" to upgrade the F4?  If by starting a whole new game what's the chances of you completing the upgrades achievements?

I don't think it matters, but I selected replay.

If you select "new game" all of your stats reset, to have a chance at one of the upgrade achievements youd need to concentrate almose exclusively on one character.

You hit new game, then pick Fantastic. You keep all the unlockables, so if you have the ultimates outfit, keep it in.

Then just follow like i said. Easy as pie..

signed and delivered, one of the easiest games ever.  Didn't notice a difference between "Fantastic" and Normal.  Fun, but VERY short and easy.
How good are you guys...really????

Finished in 2 days, took it back & got a total refund, so it cost me nothing to add 1000pts to my gamercard.

Having a high gamerscore does not equal you not having a life. Reporting people on an internet forum to a mod equals no life.

Re: 1000/1000

I'm in.  Gamerscore w hores unite!!!  I liked Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer alot.  To me, it was much better than XMen: The Official Game.  I especially liked using The Thing on most of the missions & blowing everything up well before the team ever got close enough for any melee fighting.  The Doom Bots & the Silver Fantastic Four Tokens were a bummer to get-- mainly because it was difficult to tell which one's were missing-- but other than that, this game was well worth the time it took to beat & wasn't a chore to play at all.  Enjoy!!!

I got 1000. Hubby and I played it together co-op, but he only got 820, did not give him the spybots, coins or all the extras ones. Did anyone else have this happen to them?
