No, it is people that will go and rent a game to get achievement points. I see people with over 100k achievement points. That is the type of person who obviously plays games for points, not fun. Collecting flags is a fun challenge I would say, but I would stop after a while, because what can you get out of the hours upon hours you spent only on the game, not to mention either spending money on the strategy guide just for flags or looking at maps people made for the flags.
