I was at the final stage on normal difficulty beating the last form of the boss (the one with rocks falling down, which you can grab and throw back at the red bish). When suddenly somebody in my friendslist logs on, blocked my view of dodging and a random bullet instantly killed me without me noticing that it was roaming around behind the pop-up.

Seriously, I haven't yelled that hard, since the time I got my @ss handed over in Call of Duty 2 on veteran difficulty... Man, not only did I died. My motivation in killing that bish was like down the drain. I had to use a continue... It made me miss the Score 100.000.000-, No Miss Clear- and Perfect Play- achievement...

Oh well, I guess everybody has it's bad day, huh... I'm gonna give it another go after a cup'o'Burnout Paradise. Taking down random people is always a fun thing to do after so much yelling, hehe.

yea thats very annoying. most games however nowadays display those pop-ups where they wont block the important parts of the screen.

but i have to disagree with it being the worst (owke in arcade games it is), but i fond that getting disc read errors much more aggrivating (happens rarely, but always at the worst possible times).

just try again another day... with the pop-up settings turned off ;)

Oh, this must have happened in TATE mode.. it appears on the wallpaper area in yoko. You get the true endings by beating faintear on level 1 and 3 and clearing the game on one credit at the same time.

Actually, I just tried doing a no hit run on easy... I accidentally happened to get both faintears, silly. I pretty much didnt use the anchor at all but still got em. popups annoyed me on N+ too. I'm in a small room with lots of mines and a rocket launcher and yay, I cant see anything.

You need Faintear appear in Lv1 & 3. Requirements for Lv1: 3000+ yellow coins/medals and Lv3: 3500+ yellow coins/medals.

On your way to the final stage meet Faintear again WITHOUT using a continue/credit . You CAN and MAY use a continue/credit if you die during the boss battle as long as your reach Faintear without using a continue/credit. I can confirm this (read first post).

Worst thing that happened to me during this game was it freezing for no apparent reason two times at EXACTLY the same spot on Level 3. I was doing real well without dying both times. Has anyone encountered the game locking up at certain spots? It was weird cuz the music was still working but everything else froze.

My game froze once on level 3 too... right when the boss fight started.

Guess you guys weren't the only one with the "lock-up"-problem. It happened to me too. I deleted the game, cleared my cash and redownloaded it.

How to clear the cache you say?
- Go to the system blade and then select memory.
- Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a messsage will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?

Performing this function will also clear any software updates. Not downloadable contents & arcade games you purchased. After redownloading the game again, it worked like a charm. No more lock-ups and/or crashes.

Yesterday, I had this killing spree on  normal difficulty. I wasn't even trying to get 100 mil. Guess what? I was like 6 mil short. I managed to squeeze myself in the top 100 though, hehe.

I changed the settings in triggerheart and played level 3 to get the achievment for beating faintear. So i beat the boss and she appears i owned her and no achievment.

You have to start at level 1 for the achievement. You cant skip to level 3 and expect to get it.

Same crap happened to me today. This time I played the game on Easy settings instead of the usuall Hard. I reached the Final Boss (Faintear) with no lives lost. The boss had like 1mm HP remaining when suddenly a roaming bullet hit me from the side... I was like: @#$%#@ WUUUUT!?

Oh well, guess it wasn't my day... I did managed to get the 100mil-achievement, which compensates for the No Miss Clear- achievement.

I played this game at my nephews place. It's a great game. He was at the final stage, brawling with the mid-boss (an aeroplane shooting red and arrow-like projectiles) When suddenly his cat jumped on his lap, on the joypad. Killed him instantly while failing doding the red projectile. He was like -.- the whole day....

Not really, well atleast not for me. I was almost close to getting Exelica True ending. Godforbide my controller is all warn out, playing against faintear with no hearts left all the sudden CLAKINK! Pop-up says Reconnect Controller. I'm like WTF! This S4!T is not a friggin wireless con! That was the sad part about it. I have alot of problems trying to stay still cuz the right stick is a effed up.

If you play the game offline, you won't be able to put your high score on the leadboards. And yeah, I was this close in clearing the game on hardest difficulty without continueing, till I got whooped by that bullet spraying aeroplane near Faintears lair... Broke 1 controller, LoL...

Haha. Same happened to me while playing Otomedius G on it's hardest difficulty level. 'Cept I broke my salloon table, which had a glass surface instead of my controller...
