dude, this game sucks, i had to wait for the street to finish loading before i jumped out the window when your being chased in the car. i kept jumping through and dying cause it couldnt keep up.

Is this game really that bad? I haven't played it myself, but the way people go on about it it seems to be the evil spawn of satan himself.

Don't Know what you guys are on about the game is actually pretty good, Im at the end of chapter 7 and have had no problems with it only a few camera problems, but apart from that the graphics and gameplay are good.

If you play the game for five min. you're gonna hate it.
If you give the game a chance you'll like it fine.

I agree! I think its a pretty good game once you get into it!

sorry but no way your xbox must be shabite ...coz mine works just fine smooth as a babies ***.....the game is excellent, I accept that the 1st levels are a bit tedious, but it is breaking you in slow as not to confuse you 2 fast ....it is no COD4 but it one of the best in its genre....par bioshock.

This game really isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Sure there are some problems like the agrivating controls and the minor glitches. But you have to look at the game for what it is. In my opinon the story is great, the enviornment is good as well. The Audio was something I'm really impressed with (the music during episode 2 sequence 5.) Great stuff. It really isnt that bad of a game. Sure if you pick it up and play for 5 minutes your going to hate it but if you play past the 1st level you'll see that is does has alot to offer.

I played the demo and it had the coolest looking fire in a game, IMO.  And it was the first game that gave me "motion sickness".  I don't know why.  None of the others do.

So you use another person's personal review of the game as your opinion? Just because one man of the IGN reviewing staff says that he didn't like the game for whatever reason doesn't mean you read it and say, "Yeah this game is so bad it smells." Reviews are meant to be a guide, but the only review that counts in the end is the one you develop after you play through the entire game. Something I notice you have yet to do.

Besides, IGN isn't the only reviewing site out there because Eurogamer gave it an 8/10 overall. And just so you know the difference between free-thought and jumping on the bandwagon: there are a lot of games in my collection that I ignored any bad reviews for and I appreciate their entertainment value. Clear your head, play from start to finish, and then come on here and give us an honest idea of what you thought of the entire game.

You are missing the point, you could throw hundreds of bad reviews my way in order to further your argument, but you have yet to complete the game and then tell me and everyone else what is so bad about it. Most of those aren't negative because a lot of sites gave this an average to benevolent score as I can see from the metacritic list. Throwing a bunch of numbers in my face, letting other people's opinions speak for you, and sitting there and telling me every review on that list is absolutely negative then you are joking.

And you're an idiot, and I'm going to say that based on what I have read in your posts. Even if I have never met you or taken the time to know everything about you, or simply just believe what other people have said about you.

You can't make an honest opinion about something unless you're fully knowledgeable in it. Though you most likely are not an idiot (that insult was to make a point, not belittle you), I shouldn't go around calling you one until I have gotten to actually know you.

Seriously, just play the whole game through to end. And even if you take this post with a grain of salt I at least know I tried to open someone's mind.

i think alone in the dark is fun i mean i think combining the stuff and making like bombs and moltov cocktails (who doesnt like bombs and moltov coktails well maybe pacifists) but other than the frustrating driving sequence its a fun game

If you havent yet played the game you really have no right to judge it. In my opinion (after playing through the whole game) is that its one of the more fun games iv played recently. Sure it can be a little frustrating but if you have half a mind and a little patience its a great game.

Same here

thata exactly what im talking about. you played the game but not all the way through. the first level is a bit tedious but its gets better as it goes. if you would have just had some patience and played more than the first episode or two, youd realize that it isnt as bad as everyone says.

I played alot of this game and it is just crap.  Poorly made and som many glitches and terrible controls.  This game sticks out as one of the worst gaming experiences I have had in the past 20 years.

2. Out of all the people I've seen coming here to **** and moan, I've seen one or two who have actually taken the time to finish the game instead of just whining that they didn't like it because they got stuck or ran into a glitch.
