Brother's Keeper
Defeated the Brotherhood (40G)

Separated at Birth
Completed all Brotherhood missions in co-op (25G)

There are 11 Missions and 4 Strongholds. Complete these in co-op and you will unlock "Brother's Keeper" and "Separated at Birth". This will also get you closer to "Partners in Crime".

A Brighter Future
Defeated the Ultor Corporation epilogue (80G)

Once you have completed the Ronin, Sons of Samedi and Brotherhood missions/strongholds, the Ultor Corp missions will appear. There are 4 Missions and 1 Stronghold. Doing these in co-op will get you closer to (if you have not done the Julius mission) the "Partners in Crime" achievement.

Vengeance
Exacted revenge on Julius (15G)

This mission is a secret (Extra) mission. To activate it you need to go to the police station in the southern part of the Saints Row District. Make your way to the 3rd floor and enter room 303. There are 3  wire-clippings.  After the 3rd one make your way down the hall and you will have the option to get Dex's phone number. Now call Dex and the missions will start. (Video)

Partners in Crime
Completed all campaign missions in co-op (100G)

You need to comlete all missions of the Ronin,  Sons of Samedi, Brotherhood, Ultor Corp and the Julius in co-op. Doing these with the newspaper clippings doesn't always work.

True Pal
Defeated your partner in a co-op diversion (10G)

For this you must be in a co-op game. You need to pause the game, go to Co-op and make Friendly Fire on. Now kill your co-op partner and he will have the option to start two co-op diversions. He can pick whatever one of the two. Take turns winning one of the diversions.

Multiplayer:

Strong Armed
Completed the Strong Arm tutorial (10G)

From the Main Menu go to Multiplayer, and Tutorial. Watch the video it shows. After the video you will be in a lobby with 9 diagrams on the wall. Go up to them and hit Y on all of them.

Spread the Love
Created and won an Xbox LIVE Party Game (30G)

From the Main Menu go to Multiplayer>Xbox Live>Create Party>Open to All. Once in the lobby you need to hit X to make it a Party Game. Make the game as short at possible and invite someone in. Now take turns letting each other win.

Won 10 Xbox LIVE Strong Arm matches (10G)

The easiest way to do this is to set up a Party Game of Strong Arm and make it as short as possible. Take turns winning.

Saint's Seven
Won all seven Ranked Strong Arm Activities, and won on all seven Strong Arm maps (30G)

You need to win a round of each activity (Theft, Racing, Snatch, Demo Derby, Hitman, Insurance Fraud and Mayhem) on each map (Little Shanghai, Nuke Plant, Parthenon, North Shore, Oldtown, Warfside and Posiedon's Palace).

This must be done on gang members (not your gang) and maybe cops. Simply use your gun to aim for the enemies nuts. To check how many you have done : Pause> Diversions> Stunts> Combat Tricks and click Nutshots.

Go to any civilian and aim your gun at them by clicking the RS. Hold your aim at them until they drop the money and run. Do this 50 times.

Gambled $500,000 total lifetime (5G)

This one is very time consuming. You might want to have $500,000 with you (easy when you beat the game). Go to the casino in the Hotels & Marina District, go to one of the slot machines and play either Poker or Blackjack. Set the max bet at $1,000 and keep hitting A until you have gambled $500,000. Check how much you have done by: Pause> Diversions> Minigams> Poker.

Still Addicted to tha Row
Played Saints Row 2 in single player or co-op for a combined 50 hours (20G)

This shouldn’t be too hard when going for the achievements. Simply play Single Player or Co-op for a combined 50 hours.

Romero's Hero
Completed the Zombie Uprising video game (5G)

You must go to your crib and enter the TV, then select Zombie Uprising video game. There are 6 levels and 345 Zombies to kill. For the first few waves you will want to save your ammo and beat the zombies. Once it gets harder make sure you get your guns and run back to where you first started. Once you are there you will see a grass platform. One to the right and left. Go on one of them and they can’t go up there. Easiest to do in co-op.

Blue Collar
Completed all levels of Tow Truck, Fire Truck, Ambulance, and Taxi diversions (10G)

There are 10 levels for each of the diversions. Once you start with level 1 you must continue with all levels. If you quit out you are back at level 1. Taxi, Ambulance and Fire Truck are all easy. If you have trouble then simply go and customize them. Tow Truck is where it gets hard. You must go customize your Tow Truck. Make it stronger. Now you need to get a homie with you to help you out. Call someone and have them jump in with you. Now the first few levels are easy but then you get a lot of cops. Time isn’t a factor, so take your time. There is also an easy way to do this in co-op. Get in a tow truck and start it with your co-op buddy in a different car. Do the first level and return the car. Now stay where you are to return vehicles and go to the map and Add a Bookmark to the location(s) the vehicle(s) are in by hitting X. Now have your co-op partner go pick them up and bring them to you.

Thanks for that. I will deffinatly look into this. It was just that every person that I had talked to about this already did the Races, Chop Shop and Hitman. I think all you need to complete then is everything except those three (Races, Chop Shop, Hitman) for it. Thanks for the heads up. If this post gets stickied I will deffinatly get this edited.
