Personally, I love cut scenes and cinematics and this game is full of them. It's like watching a movie which helps me really get immersed in the game.
As far as his comments about the characters and such, I just totally disagree. Hercules is a little odd, but that's just him. Everyone else in the game just looks incredible.
To me a "D" rating is for a total piece of crap game. This is not it. It would have an A from me if it wasn't for the framerate issues and linearity of it all. So because of that I give it a B+, or 8/10. The more I play the more I like too.
