That's right, besides everything is possible in the SWU, although I'll prefer a sequel to the TFU after the RotJ era. Something like a young jedi discovering an ancient holocron with the unleashed techniques and having Starkiller as  a force ghost to guide you, then the big decision... stay lightside or go darkside.

Star Wars: A New Hope was labeled Episode IV. It was released before any other story was told in the Star Wars universe. Episodes I, II, and III may have came out later, but fell into a pre-determined place.

There is no room for a Force Unleashed sequel to take place, neither before or after the Force Unleashed story. Not without stepping on the existing stories at least. Why would we call it Force Unleashed without Starkiller anyway?

There are plenty of other stories to tell in this universe, they just don't have any more places to fit them in this particular time period.

There are plenty of spaces to put a story in this time period. That's why books such as Allegience and Death Star are still being made. I think A Force Unleashed about the training of Mara Jade could be done. Maybe a little stepping on current stories would happen, but nothing that would conflict.

But the story wouldn't be "Force Unleashed", it would be "Something Else". Not to mention, the best parts of the Mara Jade story happen after Return of the Jedi.

Just like the best part of Luke's story is after RotJ doesn't mean a game before hand wouldn't be fun. Mara's training would be a good story imo. It wouldn't be "Force Unleashed",  but it could be "Force Unleashed 3: The Search for Force Unleashed 2".

I'm betting on a sequel and double down on it still having "Force Unleashed" in it's title.

darth bane game would be great!!!-including darth bane-the rule of 2 book!!!-cant remember who the sith amsters were and there would be tons of sith and jedi in the game!!!!-tons to choose from and fight!

i am as geeky about star wars AND i second the motion for a darth bane game....the other timeline for a game id like to see done is after RoTJ, when luke is re-establishing the jedi order/academy...that way it can incorporate mara jade, and if im not mistaken, luke falls to the darkside around then as well.....
