Last November i started a post to try and get a seris of gamer pics on the marketplace for the poppy appeal to raise money.
I received alot of support with over 4000 views.

I want to get it back going, and this time happen. Unfortunatly it was a little too late last year, however i think it can still be done.
First person shooters are perhaps one of the most activly played games out now! They often place you in past and present situations on the front line, taking the most common example to be the Call of Duty seris. However what alot of people may not take into consideration when playing these games is the REAL people past and present who actually fought in these wars and inspired these games.
For those who don't know the poppy appeal is a UK charity that raises money every year in aid of helping our soldiers.
What i propose is a series of 5 gamer pics and and avatar "poppy pin" accessory at the price of 100 points, with the option to "donate" any addictional points, this would allow further money to be raised with additionally allowing people to get ride of stray microsoft points in a helpful fashion.
The gamer pics will be a simple image of a poppy, but in various ways, in the graphic styles of popular games, gears of war, halo, call of duty ect.. of course one of the game pics will plainly be a poppy.
All money will go to the poopy appeal.
I emailed around last year however didn't receive the support i had hoped for.
Please post here if u are in favour and would be willing to buy one of these pics. Any additional support / help anyone can offer will be deeply apprefciated.
(Please don't come here and burn the thread, i am simply looking for support not an argument over what is suppose to be something respectful)
