RULES:
Must pick character before bracket is made. People will start off their match with the person they signed up with. If they lose they have the choice to pick another character during the set. The Winner must stay with chosen char unless they lose when they then have the choice to pick another char but if they win the match with that 2nd char they must continue the set with that same character EVO RULES

Rounds set to 3, Time at 99 Seconds, No Handicap

Best two out of 3 games, This will go up to best of 5 in Round 4

Alternating hosts. Meaning The person with the Higher seed hosts 1st then, the Lower seed hosts. If more rounds are needed Hosts alternate (that way people can start out on left and right side). 

Stage will be set to training stage to minimize lag.

If you guys have an issue (IE can't get in touch with your opponent, connectivity, Etc) message me or post it on the forum. That way there is a time stamp of when it occurred.

You will have 3 days to complete your matches.


PLEASE please... DO NOT play ahead (It makes for an admin nightmare trying to catch up if you do).
If you cannot complete your match in time. I am flexible but PLEASE let me know if you are having scheduling conflicts with your opponent. I want everyone to get the most playtime in.

In case of Double KO and a match is declared a draw another game will be added till a winner is determined. Play on Play on.


1st Matches are to Start as Of Today 09/16/09 and Be Completed By 09/19/09
2nd Matches Start 09/19/09 and Be Completed By 09/22/09
3rd Matches Start 09/22/09 and Be Completed by 09/25/09
 
Then So on and so forth this tourny will be long but it’ll all be worth it
