i just got to thinking, that i usually get bored of CoD games, and need a break from them every once and a while so i was going to pick up another game when i get MW2.

Forza 3 : (how many cars? how is it?)
Borderlands: (heard lots of bad things about it. Local CO-OP? is online co-op fun?)

Don't recommend Borderlands, Same controls and FPS as well. Forza has 400 cars and is said to be the best racer of all time.

I usually play Halo when I'm bored of Cod. (Well used too)

Forza 3 will be my game that I play when I am sick of shooting things.

Come November 17th, I will be alternating between Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Assassin's Creed 2. Most of my time will be spent on MW2 though, of course.

Forza 3 is great, GOTY for me probably because i am not like everyone else and act like MW2 is the second coming of jesus lol. But anyways Forza 3 has 400 cars, 20 tracks (Turn 10 says 100 but that is with all the tracks in clockwise, counter, short and long versions) and it will last a very long time, i would say over 50 hours at least. I would get it if i were you.

I would say its worth it considering Turn 10 said that we will be getting some new cars exclusive to VIP's this novemeber.

Borderlands is amazing. I have 3 different characters now, and now that two more of my friends have the game, I'm starting to play co-op. It's a great game, but it really does have pretty similar gameplay to CoD, so it's not really a break most likely.

Forza 3 is really fun, with tons of stuff to do campaign wise. Haven't played much yet, but I plan to this weekend.

If you're in to sports game, you can't go wrong with FIFA 10. They really did a good job with that one.
