Surprisingly, this should be the easiest.
Take advantage of the fact that the achievement does not have difficulty or time limit restrictions.
I would set the game at 20 minute halfs, put it on the easiest difficulty(or possibly the hardest considering all you need is rebounds) and give yourself a solid team(i.e. UConn) and play an inferior opponent.
My suggestion is to give the ball to someone who isn't good with 3-pointers and have that person force up a shot again and again. Within no time you'll have racked up a ton of offensive boards as well as defensive boards.
Remember, winning the game is not the objective. Just make sure you play good enough defense to force the computer to shot a J and hopefully they'll miss and you can snatch the boards.
Although these were very easy, the hardest one is the 6 blocks I believe, but nonetheless, easy all around. :)
