like SGT shadow 1   who is ranked 8th in competeive tournys and has only had 622 hands but has hundreds of millions, he robbed me earlier in a 500,000 tourny by lagging everyone out and my game crashed.

 

I know this to be true cause i added him to my friend list and watched him enter 3 more tournys and suddenly discconecting on all 3 occasions.

Each time his money went up as well.

Whats the point in cheating at poker?

Just to be top?

ya happened to me in a 4000 game. there was 3 of us left we all went all in and me and the other person got a split pot and the third had like 2-3 dollars left, then all of a sudden the second place person droped out. so first time I seen this I thought GREAT! now I only have to take out this gu............... damn now I droped. so gee wonder what happend there

Im afraid cheaters are everywhere, I haven't played one game on Xbox live that hasn't been cheated on.

 

I like you am getting tired of cheaters and this is why I have said many times on other thread's that their needs to be a deterrent. What MS should do is have people patrolling leaderboards because this is where the cheaters usually are and if someone is found to cheat then a warning is issued. If they continue to cheat then they should be banned from Xbox live for 1month. It wouldn't be expensive to set up either because im sure us honest players would do this voluntary.

everyone knows how long it takes to amass 500,000, i was so pleased when i got into the xbox world tourny and to not even play one hand and get screwed is just too much to bear.

Being 8th is an achioevement but only if your playing fair.

And its always americans doing this shizzle as well.

Get a grip and stop this cheating, wheres a patch to sort this out, and i want the leaderboards reset.

Yeah, MS need to release a patch for this, seems like there always seems to be a way to cheat on the live arcade games :-(

Seriously thinking about ditching the whole arcade thing and moving onto a PS3 and Nintendo Wii

I don't wish to cause trouble but I too find that it's always American's. Us Brits are renowned for being honest and if we get to No1 spot on a leaderboard then we will do this honestly. All of the games I have played so far PGR3, Burnout Revenge, Street Fighter etc all the cheaters have been American and put this down to a culture thing because whereas we are honest it seems the American's have this attitude of winning at all cost's. The trouble is this attitude spoils it for the rest of us.

 

Like I say I don't wish to cause trouble and im sure there are many honest American's but I can only speak as I find.

Just a quick point...the other night I was playing my router reset and I lost the connection and obviously the table closed but when I went to the screen where it counts the winnings I had gained 100,000. But I only had 48,000 or something at the table. Anyone know whats going on there or what. I dont wanna look like a cheat!!!!!!!

Which in turn there the ones that give us americans a bad name , i dont like cheating cuz im hardly ever on due to my work schedule. Therefore when i do play and i acheive something , then it feels like i really did something!! Most of thes americans that cheat , they have nothing better to do with there lives than *** with someone elses , either that or mommy and daddy didnt love them enough when they were little!!! Also 9 out of 10 times its some little punk kid thats around 15 years old , which means they can do whatever they want and there parents dont do a thing , thats whats wrong with this country no punishment for there actions!!! Over the last three days i have had problems with Texas Hold'em online. Somtimes when i am playing all the other people leave at the same time, So i an the only one left at the table, but if i pm someone that was playing thet say they are still at the table with everyone else, and that i was the one that left. Its cost me about £30.000 over the last three days.

Its allways 96% of the time cheating americans. Were not bothered bout the revoulotion anymore well before my time and im personally had enough of americans shouting abuse cause were brits.

It would seem to me to classify the cheaters as mostly American is probbably true. To say its because we are American is pretty foolish. There are more 360s in the US than the UK by a long shot. A more fair assesment of cheaters would be go with a age demographic, like 14-20...at least I would guess kids were responsible for most of the cheating.

Seems to me there are cheaters from every walk of life.  The trick is to not be one yourself, and not to generalize about a group of people because it turns you into something worse than what you're accusing the others of.

I have nothing against the Brits.  Where would we be without Sherlock Holmes?  I mean, c'mon!  If you ever want fun literature, you can really do no better.  In fact, I would say that British Literature is 20X better than any other literature in the world (Jane Austen, anyone?).  While they were pumping out classics which were incredibly enjoyable to read, we got Thoreau's Walden...  YAWWWWWWN!!!!!!!!!

Don't ask me why I went off on that, I just think that generalizations based on regional location are rediculous.  Unless it's generalizations about great literature!  LOL

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?  what part of England did you grow up in? the part with no people, no papers and no news? We English invented cheating, we passed it on to the colonies and watched in pride as the practice thrived and grew    the only difference between English cheats/ cheating and American cheats/ cheating is that we do it quietly and with subtlety, we dont broadcast it to the world!
