I just got the game about 3 days ago and absolutely love it, but i havent played online due to the lack of players.Im sure there are more people like me lookin for people to play with. Makes me want to go learn to play golf irl.

Not new to Xbox (original) or Links 2004, but new to Xbox Live.  Just played my first match this evening and got beat royally, +17, pathetic whe I'm used to shooting -30 across 4 18 hole sets.
Anyway, don't get online too often, but will look for others if they are interested in playing some games.  Especially since XSNSports.com is capuit and I guess has been for a while.  Does anybody know if anything will replace it to host Tournments for Links 2004?

Since the game is over 3 1/2 years old now , I doubt it. It was really stupid of MS to make it backward compatible and then a few weeks later, shut down XSN. Oh well. I don't often play beginner, preferring Advanced, but if you need a match, add me as a friend and we will hook up sometime.

I'll jot your GT down, and others, and look for you online sometime.  I guess I'm a beginner as far as the game is concerned, but deffinatly not a novice.  Have been playing off and on now for a couple years.  But as of late has been boosting up another character, so need to boost the character that I will use online more.  I did ask on the main xbox live page if some form of Links 2004 Tournment tracking would ever be created, probably not, but I can only hope.
I never saw XSN Sports.  Did it automatically track data for the Tourment, like the game itself does for each individual character.  If so, that's pretty cool.  Your right, stupid for M$ to get rid of a neat feature like that.

So far I have found a few people that do play this on a daily basis and most, if not all of them play w/ advanced players.  I created a new player (advanced) and haven't looked back.  The reason I've avoided the Tiger Woods series, is because I've always found them too easy.

If anyone has played Tiger Woods 07 for the 360 can you tell me...is it too easy?  Are there ways to make it really hard, and can you set up online games where everyone has to play w/ the hardest difficulty?
