Re:  The Halo Crossed Swords Avatar shirt.  This one has came out to be a little bit more than we expected even after we thought we had it cleared earlier.

We are aware of issues users are experiencing with the Halo Crossed Swords shirt and are looking to resolve as soon as possible.  At this time, we have removed the item for purchase and will repost the item once the issue has been resolved.  Users who have purchased the item will be able to download the item when the issue has been resolved which should occur in the next 2 weeks.

Pearljam: When are you going to fix the problems regarding download of purchased 360 games on demand? I paid for rainbow six the day after it landed on market place, and i cant download more than 89-93%!! My setup is perfect in every terms, so the fault is with YOUR setup, fix it!!!!!

Halo 3 Hoodie -female

goes to 1% and stops. says it is cannot be downloaded etc. The points have been deducted from my account.  The green hanger is beneath the item icon. I've tried downloading at all different times of the day for about a week or two now.

im getting this error every time i try to download gears of war 2 all front collection it stops at 99% and give me this error

Me niether, still can not download the damn shirt.......upsetting to say the least.

After not downloading anything for awhile i recently tryed to download some rockband songs only to find that i cant download ANYTHING AT ALL because apparently my account is a child account and even though the family settings clearly indicate that downloading is enabled every time i try to download something i get an error saying im on a child account. I have 700 microsoft points so thats deffinatly not the problem, ive tryed turning the settings off, on, back off and on and nothing does anything. Whats going on?

i went to download Burnout paradise and it got to 37 percent then said can not DL Burnout paradise so i deleted the corrupt data n deleted system cache like the how to help pane on the 360 dash said. then i went Downloaded Burnout again now it wont get past 1% and if you go to the system memory it says unknown game and wont get past 72 kb. this is very upsetting can anyone help. This is the first time i have ever had this problem go figure it happens in games on demand as if Xbox has'nt ripped us of anuff!

I'm having the same problem, only it's with Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect. Before I continue, my ISP is Qwest if that helps. Assassin's Creed stays at 1% and doesn't download at all and then it gives me a message say "Can't download Assassin's Creed." One time, I got a different message saying the download could not be completed, try again later etc. And it gave me this error code: 80072ee2. Then I got Mass Effect on games on demand, It downloads perfectly fine until it reaches 37% and it completely stops. Giving me the same message and the same error code. I've contacted Microsoft about it, I've cleared the cache, deleted all my installed games. idk..I think Microsoft should shut down Marketplace temporarily and do some serious maintenance because from reading this post, a lot of people seem to be having problems with marketplace. Well what a nice paragraph I have typed up. I'll let you get back to your life. Oh and any help would be very nice.

I don't get that one. I get code 80072741 and it says it can't even let me view the downloadable content!

then where is the appropriate place for this problem, this seemed like the place to go. All i know is im out 40 Dollars cuz i cant DL Burnout Paradise or Viva Pinata.it just wont DL.It is not my setups fault either. this only happened in in (Games on Demand) that ive had this little problem(COUGH COUGH MASSIVE PROBLEM). An as it would seem its just not me there have been 12.000 views for this Xbox please fix this problem And (YES THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM)

This particular thread is for 80070570 errors only.  If you aren't experiencing that error you should either open a new thread for help in the Marketplace forum or look through the forum/search for folks with a similar error code or issue.

I Purchased "Batman and Superman: Public Enemies" It gets to 1% and stops downloading.  For the record, I downloaded Sam and Max save the world RIGHT before I tried to download this for the 5th time. So It is not my Router or any other such problem. It's just a problem on Microsoft's end. Your downloader software is screwed up with this movie. Someone misplaced a one or a zero in the downloader code for this movie.

EDit: My bad, the download error is 80070194.

ISP: eircom (Ireland) Item: Fifa 10 Live Season

When I go to download the new superman/batman movie it stops after 1% and I receive  status code: 80070194.  Is this related to error code 80070570

Hello, I'm getting this error when trying to download the movie "Pet Cemetary" in standard definition on the Marketplace. It keeps saying there is a media useage rights error and to try to download again later, but it has taken my MS points and it said I will not be charged for it again.

My ISP is: Suddenlink Communication

I got that error message about a year ago when my wife tried to download "The Neverending Story" from video marketplace.  Called 1-800-4MYXBOX and they refunded the points.
