You can play in any playlist, as long as you obtain 50 EXP in that playlist so you are considered an officer in that one playlist.

I have a question about the two for one achievement, I was just playing a ranked match and I spartan laser a hog with 2 ppl in it and I didn't get the achievement. if I have to kill them outside of a vehicle then that is just bull crap as far as I'm concerned.

Did you get it in a ranked FFA? You can only get the achievement in LW or Mythic Brawl

There are some skulls very well hidden. You'll need to check YouTube to find them.
