Hi, I've just got this game.  I tried to put it on and it says this game does not support PAL-50, change to PAL-60.  So i follow the instructions, go into console settings and the only available options to change are widescreen/normal and the 720/1080i etc no mention of PAL.

 

I'm confused.  Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I had this problem for ages. You running it through a VGA by any chance? If so, plug in the component cable and change the settings through that, then when you plug in the VGA again, it wiil work.

To set your Xbox 360 console to PAL 60 Hz, follow these steps:

1.	Turn off the Xbox 360 console.
2.	Find the HDTV switch on the AV Connector, and then set the switch to TV.
3.	Turn on the Xbox 360 console.
4.	In the Xbox Dashboard, select System, and then press the A button.
5.	Select Console Settings, and then press the A button.
6.	Select Display, and then press the A button.
7.	Select PAL settings, and then press the A button.
8.	Select PAL-60, and then press the A button.
9.	When you are prompted to keep these new settings, confirm the settings, and then press the A button.
10.	Turn off the Xbox 360 console.
11.	Set the HDTV switch on the AV Connector to HDTV.

Hey anyone wanna help me out here i bought Fable 2 today and it wasnt working quite right so tried changing PAL settings from 60 to 50 and now i cant see whats happening whenever i try to use my 360 anyone help me out here ot direct me back to PAL settings from the dashboard??

 

Is it possible to play this game in VGA mode? I want to finish the story of it.

Had the same problem here on both vga & hdmi !

Thanks to the instructions provided here, was able to resolve the issue. 

Surprising thing is, there is no mention of this when you attempt to run the game !
