If you are experiencing problems or issues with your Xbox 360 there is alot of support information out there although some ppl seem to have trouble finding it.  I have compiled a quick reference list and continually update as more or new info becomes available to me.  I hope you don't have any issues but if you do then this is a good starting point for self help before you have to contact Xbox support.
