thanks for touching base and all that, but it's hardly surprising that you have nothing to report since I would hazard a guess that absolutely nothing is being done to resolve the situation.
I would urge everybody here to pursue M$ for a refund, yes I know it's only a paltry sum of money but it's the principle that's at stake. We've all purchased something that doesn't do what it claims to do on the tin.
