I already got venom by going through story mode and it already has the slot for hulk in the menu but no hulk unlocked W.T.F.?

Okay, You're talking about MUA 2....You have to collect five Gamma Regulators to unlock Hulk, five Asgardian Runes for Thor, and five M'Kraan crystal shards for Jean Grey. They don't unlock through storymode like Venom, Green Goblin and the others.
