yes, you need to do it on level 1 (only) on centipede.
1.dont shoot the centipede, just the mushrooms. when the centipede goes left, move right and try to shoot as much of the mushrooms as possible. vice versa for right.

2.once the centipede gets down to your 'moving' section, wait for it to pass the top line, then move up to that top line. (all the while shoot mushrooms). then once they reach the bottom try and shoot the new centipede thing that comes.if you miss try and dodge. (your still shooting mushrooms).
Ultimately you will die soon, but thats ok. start again at step 1. ....only shooting mushrooms

I agree.  Level 1 or bust; the fleas will drop in level 2 and bring mushrooms with them.  Shoot as many mushrooms as you can, but be sure to leave one section of centipede left and kill the respawns as they appear.
