Youthanasia got to be a better alrounder *** even Peace Sells is better than Rust In Peace although have had a copy of Cryptic Writings for 6 years now and still aint played it

Take a seat my young level 1 apprentice......... Yes I would agree in Youthanasia being a great album, and Peace Sells even better. However I feel Rust In Peace was levels above those, I still remember watching Richard Wilkens hosting MTV (when it was on free to air) and introducing Holy Wars with his mullet (hang on he's still got one ) and being totally blown away. If Metallica are the "Holy Grail" of metal, then Rust In Peace was the closest Megadeth have ever got.

Plus that tour was the first concert I ever saw........excluding The Deltones

 

Got Halo2 today Bayges. JB didn't have it, Eb didn't have it, went to video shop to hire it and........HELLO, new and sealed copy in sales bin for 20bucks!!!!!!! Downloading maps now.

Hi all , i hit the big 3-0 last week , so if anyone wants to add me as well. We might have ovher 200 years experience between all of us LOL

If i find a copy of HALO2 i'm in everyone is out of the house this saturday so no one will be *** about the jet engine of my 360 dvd-drive i own keeping them up.

Was reading up on Halo2 last night and it states that there are names above people on your team... Best get some Vodka in stock up the redbull and learn to read names above little men i suppose... BTW managed a grand total of 7 kills last night on GOW even got a few in on Jackel great game and if anyone comes across rampant monkey jump in the game the guy is a good laugh & worth playing alongside..

Woohoo!!! My internet speed has finally increased, I thought I would have to wait until next month. Hmmmm, I may have to go out and purchase a copy of this so-called Halo 2. I too am a virgin to this Halo phenonemon, but yey my speed is speedier!!! Now, hopefully I will never have to fear the shame of lag ever again!

Wow. Some people have never played Halo. Even my Mum's played Halo. There was a point in my life when Halo was more important than breathing.

Having said that I jumped on for a quick round or two of Halo 2 last night and remembered why I ended up hating the game - Americans, Lag, Connection swapping and Shotguns. I lost count of the number of times I got shot in the back/head by a seemingly invisible Master Cheif toting a shoty, here one second gone the next. I also kept forgetting to use the radar. I also noticed that the graphics look really lame. GoW really shines after playing Halo again - graphics, gameplay, physics, weapons, sound all really stand out in Gears, probably only lacking in story which ain't that bad really for an action game.

Still, looking forward to playing and I'm glad people are tracking down the game to join in. Some of the best (most fun) games I've ever played where the huge 8v8 Team games. See you there.

Oh fish one was good to have you along on that game and the other few. Yep those Monkey boy's wooped butt good time . See no,hear no, speak no ! the whole bloody lot of them came on and created havoc. The other dude HDM asked how old i was and told him 42 little smart *** told me i am an old fart and don't you have to get up for work. Quickly told him off and laughed the young ones were fun though.

 

Halo 2 night ,yes i am up for it.

I'll be Fifa 07ing by the end of next week my fin wearing friend so we can team up and loose to the kiddies together. However if my memory recalls last week I had a gut load of VB and some poor loud mouthing yank kiddy talking sh!t copped a ear full of Duck Dribble......he left. So load up on ya voddy and RBull and we'll have fun.........unless they're nice kiddies and we'll cop a flogging and say good game guys

 

And Mr Whubbs I'll be Crackdowning and Cold Planeting (whatever!) so I can suck bad at those games too

Ok film recomendation... If your looking for gritty and very violent give Rollin with the nines a go.. Set in Sarf London (pls note you have to be a londoner to understand most of this post) tiss all bout sum geezers whackin ovur geezers wiv shooters and th like over a load of old smack and some dodgy bint that sets em all up innit.

And duckster ok to clarify my position on the fifa online thingy... Played a grading match last night against a top bloke (mod of the forum) & had a blast, on the whole torny looks well set up and a good laugh had by all however my previous warning relates to the ever evident minoirty of trash talking kiddies who seem to have only a limited grasp of english at best.... Am still considering if i want in on account of the fact although bagging the crap out of 12 year olds can be amusing for a while its all too easy and gets so boring after such a short period.

  Well ducky thats just my essential list of albums I could not live without.  To keep up with the metal scene I check out blabbermouth.net, Decibel magazine( best for US) and the legendary Terrorizer (best for European).

 

Cool new albums this year ; All That Remains - The Fall of Ideals, similar to Killswitch. Very talented band, catchy choruses and all.

 

  Rotting Christ - Theogonia , experimental gothic black metal, very good.

 

  The new Megadeth album United Abominations looks to be brilliant. I've heard 3 songs so far including a song called Gears of War.

 

Deicides new album the stench of redemption rips.

 

Check out the cartoon series Metalocalyse. This is the best animated series since the clone wars. Its about a death metal band called Dethklok. You guys will love it.

 

Tried my copy of halo 2 today, my machine did not like it and would not read it. It sux.

Trying to repair it now.

Hey guys, i don't think i'll be in the Halo 2 bash tonight, it's taking way too long to download these f-ing maps. i know, i should have started before now, but you know. it took like an hour and a half to download just 2 maps, and that was the smallest download, so the one that's almost 3 times the size will take forever, and i don't have that much patients.

plus i gots to leave for the airport at like 10.30 so i don't think i'll be playing for that long anyway.  have a good one.

guess i'll be stuck playing the old gears by myself, like the big loser that i am.

you should have ducked down to the video shop and hired the multipac Disc....3 minutes and all your pain would have been gone . The disc does what all that download stuff off live woul dhave .

Some things are never sacred....including boys toys.....us females always get the better of you males. Actually Mr Fish  tried to teach me how to play GOw and laughed at me then i found that big thingy gun that blows up things from a long way away. Will have to practice so i can give broken faerie some female support...... well on the other hand dont hold your breath or your oxygen machine will run out.
