1. No date yet, kleaneasy just posted a few posts back saying she's going to try and rustle up some details
2. It's not yet known exactly what triggers the FSP glitch. I completed 1.9 levels, then did the first 2 co-op , then came back and completed the rest solo, and no problem unlocking FSP
3. hai 2 u ! ... yes i've really been moving, and to a lesser extend, shaking.

I am having this exact same problems about THAT WASN'T SO HARD.
I got the achievement but I am not gettting the ribbon for it.Any work around to get this fixed?

I'm pretty sure everyone has this issue across the board.

It'll likely be fixed in a future patch - mind you - the ribbon doesn't do anything.

I found a way to get Private First Class Achievement for poeple that already loaded there game up but you need to reset your rank and loose your A.C.E.S.. You need to start on the dashboard then start the game (The second the game starts press the guide button then as fast as you can press as many buttons and links as posible. I just went and kept loading all my themes.It all screws up the loading of your profile. Then keep doing this until you reach the "Press Start" screen.) All this took me about 30 tries. I finaly have all the achievements for R6V2.

Did they release the patch yet?

i still havnt got the private first class achievement, and i got the p1 up to private first class, but still, jnothing, what the??? im scared, help me please, thanks.

I know in vegas1 you could reset your rank...is there any way to do it in this game cuz i tried looking for a way but couldnt see one...maybe im blind ...cuz im Elite already i dont care if im elite and id just like to reset get the achievment for private and just go from there...and i havent gotten the Realistic one either...of course i get both buggy achievements lol

There's an easier and more surefire way of resetting your rank here

Most people find that playing some co-op scenes as Knight will unlock this achievement when it fails to the first time.

The game did not give me the FSP achievement after beating the game on realistic, but last night I joined a friend as Knight for a few of the scenes from the first level on realistic.    After I went to an outfitting box, the achievement popped up for me.   So the workaround does work.   Good luck.

I just can't believe how they took a game that was popular with the adults in xbox live world and made it into crap,,,  this just shows the lack of effort and  time in the making of this game,,,  because if they would have taken their time and put significant effort into this game  you would not have all these problems,,,  I was #2 on the waiting list in my city for this game,, 4 what only to be ripped off gamer achievments.  The video of the developers joking around just shows how this game was taken when being made,,, LAZY !!!!    Ubisoft  must of been desperate for these developers,,,,  or couldn't  afford the good  one'zz

For some reason i cant unlock the achievement for completing the theater level, have done it on casual and on realistic , solo and co-op. This is also stopping the FSP achievement unlocking.

I have the same problem.

A couple of days ago I got the FSP achievement (yep, worked first time for me, not for my friend though...) and I went into the Awards section to view the medal and noticed the purple ribbon was there too. Ohh joy... but it was gone after I got "The Ace Always Wins" achievement. Weird stuff going on here.

I just have two achievements left to get, but now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because of the FSP glitch.  I am stund at the lack of quality in new games over the past few months.  They should fix most of these glitches before the release!

It worked! Thanks for the info, xeno! I just recently got back into gaming after a 4 month hiatus. I picked up Call of Duty 4 and RSV2 last night. I'm glad I stumbled in here before I popped the disc in. Not that a 10 point achievement is a big deal, it just would have annoyed me. Again, thanks!

I get the FSP,and PFC glitches, but none of my friends did.

Try playing some scenes as Knight. This tends to unlock Freedom Shall Prevail for a large majority of people afflicted.

And, if your rank is not too high, you could consider resetting it.

So true dude i watched that vid on the ubisoft website and thought 'yep thats just the kind of knobjockeys i expected to make a half assed attempt at making a game.. they look like college bums that smoke weed all day... doesnt really look professional for ubisoft does it?
