Story Of Juarez

The Legend of the Lost Gold of Juarez has been passed from one generation to the next since the time of Hernando Cortez. It was said to be the ransom for Montezuma, held hostage by the Spanish in the great Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan. The treasure disappeared soon after the sacking of the city and some believe it to be burie near the border town of Juarez. The legend relates that the Aztec Sun God, Huitzilopochtli, put a curse on the treasure and that all who seek it will find only insanity and perdition. This avaricious madness has come to be known as the Call of Juarez.

Main Characters

Billy Candle
Still a young man, Billy has been forced to grow up fast in the unforgiving Old West. His father is unknown, and he is called "Billy Candle" after a mysterious medallion he carries, which was given to him by his mother. Billy is good at heart, but is constantly being blamed for the wrongdoings of others. He can sneak past enemies and use stealth to his advantage.

Reverend Ray
Reverend Ray is a man of God who has lived a rough life. Rumour has it that he was once an infamous gunfighter, feared by all who crossed his path. He is now a man of the cloth who has devoted his life to saving the souls of the damned and bringing light into the lives of those who live in sin. When push comes to shove. Reverend Ray is
an imposing man with great physical strength.

Weapons

Revolvers
Generally six-shooters that can be held in both hands and used with dynamite or a sawed-off shotgun in akimbo mode.

Rifles and Sniper Rifle
These are efficient for long distances but need more time to reload. Must be held with both hands.

Shotgun
Available in regular and sawed-off more powerful, but less accurate versions. The regular version must be held with both hands.

Bible
Ray can hold his bible in one hand and use quotations to confuse his enemies.

Dynamite
Only five sticks of dynamite can be carried at once. Use them carefully as they can severely injure everyone nearby.

Bow
Efficient for moderate distances. When aiming, time slows down for a more accurate shot, but after a while this mode turns itself off.

Whip
The whip can be used as a weapon but also for climbing.

Oil Lamps
Oil lamps can be used to set things on fire. If you shatter or shoot a lamp that is lit, the oil will spill and start burning immediately. If you take an unlit lamp and shatter it, the oil will spill and will only start burning once you shoot it or when it comes in contact with fire. Fire can be a dangerous and useful weapon

2. Boxer
In Episode II use correctly 5 combos fighting with looters. 20 Points

3. Gunfighter
In Episode III kill 10 enemies using Concentration Mode. 15 Points

4. Archer
In Episode IV kill 10 enemies using bow. 20 Points

5. Driver
In Episode V kill 5 enemies when driving the coal cart. 30 Points

6. Hatman
In Episode VI shoot 6 hats off from enemies’ heads. 25 Points

7. Slayer
In Episode VII defeat 6 enemies using the whip. 20 Points

8. Accurate guy
In Episode VIII kill McLyde brothers with 2 bullets only. 25 Points

9. Untouchable
Finish Episode IX without taking a scratch. 40 Points

10. Horseman
In Episode X kill 7 enemies while in the saddle. 20 Points

11. Archeologist
Finish Episode XI in less than 10 minutes. 25 Points

12. Spider hunter
In Episode XII kill 10 spiders using the whip. 20 Points

13. Fire Raiser
In Episode XIII kill 3 enemies using fire. 25 Points

14. Eagles Eye
In Episode XIV kill 10 enemies by shooting them in the head with the sniper rifle. 30 Points

15. Bow Expert
In Episode XV kill 10 enemies by shooting them in the head with the bow. 30 Points

16. Earthquake
Playing as Miner kill 4 enemies with a single dynamite stick. 30 Points

17. Lucy’s lullaby
Playing as Miner kill 3 enemies with a single shot from the sawn-off shotgun. 20 Points

18. Quicker than ***
Playing as Gunslinger shoot 4 enemies using the quickshooters in less than 10 seconds. 10 Points

19. Demolition
Playing as Gunslinger keep at 100% killing efficiency for X dynamite stick throws. 25 Points

20. Headhunter
Playing as Sniper score 5 headshots in a row. 20 Points

21. Blind Killer
Playing as Sniper kill 5 enemies with the sniper rifle without using the scope. 10 Points

22. Surefire hand
Playing as Rifleman shoot 5 enemies using the rifle without reloading. 20 Points

23. Rifle Expert
Playing as Rifleman keep 100% rifle efficiency for 10 shots. 20 Points
