Split Screen is supposed to say Single Player I'd imagine, as described in first post.

You must complete terror hunt (all maps) single player.

Can sombody giveme a list of the maps you have to do. Like without the downloadable mappacks. I know you don't have to do redux but what maps do you have to fnish.

don't judge me about my english because i'm from the netherlands :)

i played splitscreen t-hunt on realistic difficulty on low density, with my brother and we both used the Deagle and a shield, we succeed the following maps:
bordertown
streets
calypso casino
casino vault
dam
kill house
library
lvu campus
research labs
dantes.

so, why didn't we got the achievemnt for  elite/veteran hunter?

You need to do them solo, it is a misprint on the achievement. No split screen and no co-op. You are spot on with the maps though

Thanks already done them all. Kinda hard to believe how easy it was compared to RSV2. Shield and Desert Eagle made it all to easy. But I would say the easiest maps were LVU and Library. Hardest was research lab and dam. Here is how I rank them 1 being hardest 10 being easiest.

1.Research lab

2. Damn

3. Casino Vault

4. Bordertown

5. Calypso Casino

6. Streets

7. dantes

8. kill house

9. lvu campus

10. library

Yes, this is true. If you complete all the single player terrorist hunts (from the maps originally in the game, you DON'T need the maps from the black and red packs) on realistic, you will get both the Veteran Hunter and Elite Hunter achievements.

Re: Splitscreen Terrorist Achievements:

very good thread, good info. I started them by myself on realistic and then got pissed that it said splitscreen when i had 2 left to do, so i did border town with my friend on splitscreen and couldn't even do it, then my friend elightened me that both cheevos were typos. so i finished them up. I found casino vault to be the hardest, but the rest of them took me 1-2 tries.

HINT: a very good way to go through these fast is the way i did them combining the shield and the deagle.

REMINDER: when you do beat them on realistic the first time, it will not say 2 acievements unlocked for 125G, don't freak out, they unlock one at a time. I thought they were gonna unlock at the same time and say 2 for 125G, and i flipped, but then i saw the second pop up.

are you kidding me, RSV t-hunts are so much harder than RSV2 t-hunts, on the second game i walked around with a raging bull, no shield and enemy density on high, and beat them all first try! vegas 1 i used a shield for all the maps and they took me in upwards of 3 tries each!

Re: Splitscreen Terrorist Achievements:
Well, you're either lying or had a very unique and rare experience. In the Vegas 1 terrorist hunts the spawning pattern is pretty much set and if you go to the right parts of the map at the right time you get a very predictable, repeatable spawn pattern.  Also, the AI in Vegas 1 terrorist hunts is laughable. They adapt tactics a little bit, true, but not very much at all and you don't have to worry about them flanking you very much. The #1 thing that made the Vegas 1 terrorist hunts hard was the fact that 50% of the time you had a terrorist spawn right in front of you and kill you before you could react.

In the Vegas 2 terrorst hunts, though still somewhat congruent, the spawning is more random, and changes on many more factors, including how many players there are in the room. The AI is much more adaptive and the terrorists alter their tactics much more frequently than in the first game.  The terrorists have much better aim in Vegas 2 than they had in the first game. They also seem to be a bit more heavily armored at times, taking many more shots than they ever did in the first game.

So good for you that you thought they were easier in 2. You got lucky. You had a random, rare experience. Most gamers will not agree with that assessment though, because it just really isn't very accurate.
