how do you upload pictures to use as a decal when painting your cars???

You can only use what is in the game.  You can't upload pictures.  You may have seen some cars out there with great graphics, but they were created by hand.  They are amazing.

I was only tuning my Evo for 700 usable horsepower.  The car is absolutely ridiculous which makes me want XBL even more (if I haven't already mentioned it on here 3 dozen times).

I think Bolingbrook (>30 minutes from Chicago) had 13 inches of rain in 2 or 3 days.

If there is, I haven't found it.  The easiest way to recreate them is to paste a large version of the manufacturer decal on a flat surface of the car like the hood or roof.  This gives you a flat space to work on void of vents and curves.  Start overlaying vinyl shapes until you've made your own version. 

Highlight all of the shapes and save them as a vinyl group.  I've made some basic logos such as AEM, AMS, and even the Red Bull bull.  Once you save them you can resize them and put them on any car.

just got forza yesterday, big fan of gumball and do you have to create decals like that yourself with each individual letter and shape or can you get a template or something similar.

if anyone as any of the gumball logos saved feel free to send them to me.

You have to create them, but once you get the design to what you want you can save it so you dont have to remake it.

I specialize in novice to novice-intermidiate graffiti not shapes and characters with all the fancy shadding . Shading has never been my strong point

Ive just seen a enzo ferrari with ganja leafs on it, various other cars with air brush effect graphics on there cars. Could somebody please pm me a link to how they doing this or post in here so i can look into doing them myself. Totaly appreciate your help. Im new to consoles and pc's so excuse me.

Amerthyst, it is all done within the Livery Editor, one small part at a time.  Take a look at the first post in this thread for some links to tutorials so you can see how things are done.  It isn't easy, and sometimes takes many, many parts to create what seems like a very simple design.

How do people get the different graphics for the cars? either the Gears of War or any of the other ones i have seen. Is this just something that i have to unlock or what?

You have to make them, or get them from someone else like my Redbull logo.
