Are you serious? This is so easy to do....... I literally got it on my second play after I bought the game..... Just do it on level one (or any slow power pellet level) dont eat power pellets till last but make sure to leave a few dots to go back and finish the board with. By this time all the ghosts will be on you or if not just play with um till they are. SIMPLE STUFF.
