How about doing something really novel.  How about basing this game on the original Stan Lee/Steve Ditko/John Romita series?  I would love to see the real Green Goblin costume used in a next gen game.  But the main reason is, the movies and the Ultimate title has changed things up so much many people don't know the actual history of the characters, making it new for them.

The game was good; it deserves a sequel.  And with all the stuff going in the book now they could make 3 more games on it. It would be cool to have Kitty Pyrde tag along since she's Spider-Man's girl now.  The whole warriors arc would make a great mission.

I think that an ultimate marvel team up game would be good

single player, local and xbox live multiplayer(co-op and versus)
