I'm in the central area of the hive, the room with the two laser guarded bridges.

 

I had done everything in this room, then entered the circle with the two spinning lasers.  I used the glove to dodge the lasers, and pop up and pull the handle.  Defeated the enemies, etc.

 

Then I used the glove to go under the force field where there is SUPPOSED to be an auxillary elevator waiting for me.  Only, the elevator is at the bottom instead of the top.  Huh?  This is crap!  I've been wandering around for an hour trying to figure out how to get the elevator to come up, but I think it's glitched.

 

The annoying thing is that I did the 13th seal already, so that did an autosave when I completed it.  So if I load the game I'm still trapped in this crappy room.

 

What's the deal?  Please tell me I just missed something or there's a workaround.

Had to play through the entire game again... lame.

 

My recommendation for anybody playing through the Hive... when you get to the second floor, IMMEDIATELY go right across the laser bridge and go down the auxillary elevator before you do anything else... including the seal minigame.

 

Once you get back up the other aux elevator on the other side, then do everything on that floor before you take the elevator down again.  Getting bugged out that like was really weak.
