Ok, im gonna sound like a total scrub when i say this but.... how the heck are you supposed to get the Master of Extreme Achievement!??!  i have 9 achievements so far, and all i need is the Revenge mode achievements, and the MoE one. It says that you have to have 5x beat while on a 100x multiplyer.....   now, are those multiplyers the blue things that you collect?  how long will it take to get it to 100, cuz i had well over 15 trillion points and i couldve sworn i picked up at least 100 of them... so im not really sure. maybe im missing something.

Yeah, it's talking about that blue multiplyer.  I don't know what the ratio is for blue things to % increased on the meter but it's way more than 1:1.  The blue things might be .1 or maybe even .01 of the %.  I'll pay attention next time I play to see.   I also swear that multiplier drops for some reason depending on what you are doing in the game.  It took forever to get it to 100% though.  An hour at least for me.  It seems like it creeps up so slow.  100% is the max on it too.

You have to pick up the blue multiplier power ups and to get x100 it is well over 100 of them probably closer to 1000.  It take about 1.5 hours to 2 hours to get there depending on play style.  I got there once and got greedy going for powerups and died.  It sucked.

You need to collect quickens too.  Otherwise the multiplier stops going up.  (It will tell you when you need more quicken.)  The max quickens (overdrive) is 380, as I found out.  Strange number.

i got the 100x in  just under 50 minutes. i was getting greedy at some points, going for as many blues as i could get at one point  my shield was like a .2??   and i almost ruined 40 minutes of playing.  i got the achievement now!

I got the Master of Extreme Achievement the other night. It took me 3 hours to get the x100 Multiplier, though I did die a few times.

The multiplier is listed in blue in the bottom right corner right above the BPM.  It took me about 1.5 hours, but I died 20 minutes into it.

On the game where I scored the highest, I ended up spending over 4 hours playing one game.  The problem was, I built up to x60, got greedy, and had to start over.  Then I built up to x85, got greedy again, and died again.  By that point, I kinda just half-assed the rest of the game.

Yes, but you can only stop a chain a few seconds after one is started. There is a time you are helpless and just there watching.

Made it to 4x w/ 100% but couldnt get the 5x.... after a few hours, I just gave up.

IMHO, it takes wayyyyy too long to hit 100%

Last night I hit 4 consecutive beat multipliers a couple times while at 100%
ended up putting a score of 80 trillion before I messed up on stage 1 unlimited
It will probably be awhile before I try again

man this is frustrating
