i was able to do it with a cavalier
tip - when the enemy ships come out at the begining dont kill the first couple immediately. they get harder as you go and the first couple are so weak, they cant do much damage so it doesnt really matter if you let them live. this way you can get to the 5th wave or so and still have easy ships not affecting you.
also just try to go for the faster rocks first cause they will be the ones to *** you over later.
