Any tips on Beastie Combo achievement?

Went through World 1 shooting every type and getting a combo with it, but still no 20/20. Only 18/20.
Funny thing is, I've gotten 20/20 on World 3 without even knowing it.
Any tips/strategies those of you who have the achievement would like to offer?

Remember that different colors count.
Off the top of my head, I'd say you're probably missing the two big guys in stage 2 of 1-1, the head/tail of the snakes in 1-2, or the red things the boss in 1-4 fires.

Hmm, in my experience, the different colors do not count at all.
From what I can gather, it's unique chains within a world. Chain a fish-type and you've chained all fish throughout the world, and so on. The tricky part is that I don't think all instances of fishies count, only a select one. Also, annoyingly, there are several chainable enemies that don't count at all.
Some I found tricky to find throughout the game:
The cannons on 1-3 shoots chainable shots, as does the boss cannon in 1-1.
The boss on 1-4's kind of "hidden shot" -- if you take too long he'll start shooting these chained balls.
Everything on 3-1 (except the green guys at the end) is chainable, and it's probably the toughest level in which to do it.
The big green balls in 2-2 count. There's only four of them and they only show up very late in the stage, and it's kinda tricky to get only them and not accidently shoot their spawn and kill your chain.
Some I thought I was smart for getting, but don't count:
Any instance of the Knight Rider enemy in world 4; he's in 4-2, 4-3 and 4-4 and never counts.
The boss' chained rockets in 4-3, they can be combo'd but don't count.

I'm at 19/20 for worlds two and three, anyone know of a list of all combos or suggestions as to which ones I might be missing?
