First, don´t forget the one near the beginning where you need to fall down with the Homerball.
Then go for the left side, getting the 3 in the clouds and the one in that thin platform. Getting the ones in the clouds, just don´t fall, and use Homerball to return to the ship.
Go to one of the two sides with a Homerball turbo, getting the 3 items while you do that.
Then go for the right side, get the two near the ramp, and get the last two from the clouds.
Fly to the one in the middle, and get the remaining three of the other side.
That´s how I made it yesterday, with less than 2 seconds left xD (I don´t remember if I fell or I didn´t). Just use your Homerball turbo to get some extra seconds.
