I found him during the day.  Forgot what time it was.  If you look at your map, find the sunken pirate ship.  Theres an island near there.  I think its a little north of the ship.  He should be there.

Problem was with my Lawn Mowing missions. Even though I did them all, apparently it glitched out. Lawn Mowing up near the house with the birdbaths.

So even if you have everything on the list, go back in and redo things again, It might be annoying but it will surprise you what glitched out.

I started doing everything from pulling another fire alarm, drinking more pop, winning at every carnival game, redoing bike races. Just anything. I figured if races could be glitched, something as stupid as a drinking one more soda could be glitched, too so just try everything, the list DOES work.

The 2nd lawn thing near the retirement home was the last thing I did. didn't know it even existed since there was basically no map marker for it. only an in-game blue circle...only saw it when i went to IGN and looked at their walkthrough.

Nice This Helped.... Um hopefuly this helps some people, after i was done with All The Classes, All The Missions, Collecting all the : Nombs, Rubberbands, G Cards, Races i went around doing the small stuff. Firealarm is easy first check your hats to see if you dont have the fireman hat if not go pull the alarm 25 times, then i was off for clothes, you should have made enough money so get everything at the school, then go to the cities, and do not forget the barber shop where the greesers hang out they sell clothes there to. Once thats done,  go for the boxing ring i forgot that one i was ooo snap theres more, then that left me around 97.88ish and i went to the carnival to buy the clothes, and posters to have all "trophies" so once you get all that if you have done the rest you should be kinda worried that its 99.54 but once all the stuff there is purchesd you get one more item that compete that last .50% and whala your done.

I got mine today pretty fun game did it around Day:1 Hours: 5 Min: 10 Sec: 3 pretty cool game, never played the PS2 version but overall this game was tight.

after reading this entire thread i finally got 100%, i did 38errands like everyone worked out but never got the indigo cap thing for the errand with the police man from town all

never did any detentions

the thing that i was missing was the boxing, i assumed where i had done it in the stories that that was it, but i wondered in there with 98.11% and had 4 fights to do and that was it, but i believe you can only do the matches after the 2nd class of the day, this is why i kept missing it and didnt realise hope this is a help!

thanks for the list.. got 100% today! the achievement didnt unlock until i restarted the xbox! i was worried!

I'm at 98.35% and have 46 errands completed, I cant see finding that 4 ( there are 50 if my info is correct) more will get me to 100% and I am sure that I've done everything on this list so it seems like there is more to do.

Thanx for the list Jaydekitten it helped alot,

And for anybody stuck around 90% , This is what happend to me,

 After i done eveything on this list (And saving after every bit of progress i made) I was at 90.05%. I had only done 36 errands so i was goin ta try find some more, but first i checked my stats and noticed i had played keep ups but had not won on it (even tho i remember winning on it the day before) So i said i would do the keep ups and then track down the errands, But as soon as i won the keep ups my stats went up to 100%, Achievement unlocked!  Wow, i couldnt belive it! I was expecting to get .3% for the keep ups.

The baseball throwing game in the carnival also gave me a nice%  So make sure to win some tickets on ALL carnival game.

Anyway thanx again jaydekitten for helping me get my 1000/1000

And for the record, I never got detention once in the whole game And the grass i cut was level 3 in the park and level 3 in the house. I didnt cut one blade of grass in school.

One more thing i found was I reviseted the Aquaberry shop two more times after i bought every item in it to find more available items.  

Ps, i made saves after everything.

Just incase anybody is in this situation:

'I've done Everything, absolutely everything off the checklist, and still, only 98.78 percent!'

I managed to solve the same problem last night. I'd done everything, all suggestions off every forum, and still it was a percentage off the 100 mark. So i started going back and doing things i'd already done,
The newspaper job, the lawn mowing job, although these didn't change my percentage, i'd reccommend doing it as others have said it's worked for them.
The key for me was the boxing matches. I repeated one, and noticed my percentage increased fractionally, the second knock out popped up achievment unlocked! (note: I had completed around 40 errands, and had purchased every clothing item from every store (including the carnival) however, i had 2 missing and still got 100%)

Hope this helps others who were stuck like me!

erm I've just finished all the classes without getting this. Sure I've failed more than five classes but I'm not sure if they were the same class. does this mean I'd need to start again to get the achievement?

You dont need to start again, Once yor classes are passed ya can keep goin back to them.

You dont need to start again, Once yor classes are passed ya can keep goin back to them.

ah of course. I didn't need the hat in the end. the things I was short of were the 'extra' clothes within the preps clothing store. cheers to those who pointed that one out. I would have never of thought to go back into a shop that I had already emptied.

all classrooms complete, and failed 5 times after.

i have 96.30 complete.im missing the grave stones,7/19 and i only have 38 trophies/40.i also did 43 errands.what else do i need?

the gravestones count as a trophy when u get them all, and did u get the pumpkins 2?

sorry for triple posting but if any one needs help getting back into the factory for the last grave stones you have to go in the middle of the factory and your save point.you have to hop a fence and go through the back entrance of the factory.




and i have 99.05 and i don't know what to do.

Did you ride all the carnival rides? Ferris Wheel, Rollar Coaster, Octopus

Did you beat all the carnival games? High Strike, Shooting range, Dunk Tank, Strike Out

Take all yearbook photos?

Collect over 330 items of clothing?

 

I went back and beat Strike out for my Perfectionist Achievement.
