I would like customization options, maybe wheels and tail lights, just simple stuff.

Also, if it was a reall MMO with thousands of player driving at once that would be cool (its not gonna happen though). Realistically, maybe 16 players instead of 8 and make it easier to join up with buddies. Maybe a "lobby" where everyone can see everyone and you could just race around, like a giant TDU chatroom. That would be awesome.

lol, maybe you could go round and use the search function on these forums, as this is one of many 'what do you want in TDU2?' threads.

WHAT IS THIS TRUE if yes then give me a proof please like a website or a link where you got the info from cuz i made lots of research and never found anything. damn this was like my favourite racing game ever.

ok if its really coming out here is what i want:

i want it to be as an expansion pack to the original one(just add a new island and some minor improvemnts)

car damage

more realistic traffic(it was fukin annoyin in the first game)

some new cars ofcourse

improved police chase system

new additional mods such as police chases etc(single player type)

thats all i can think of right now

No chance of that. Atari had some problems, but confirmed they will be letting the team to work on the game.

What Test Drive needs is more motorcycles.  Harley Davidsons to be more specific. My friends wanted to cruise around the island in one massive pack

What we really want is BMW! Why there is no BMWs in the first game? or maybe there is on the car packs, which I haven't yet downloaded. Also they could improve the motorbike driving thingy, or then I'm just to bad at it. It feels pretty hard to me... Also some big cars like chrysler voyager or hummer or something would be nice.
What is the biggest car in the game BTW?

My biggest car atm is propably Chrysler 300C, which is very nice car for its weight. I like heavy cars.

Umm... Maybe Day/night thing would be nice and some weathers. And if they did a special island that had snow in the northern part so the roads would be very slippery... And the handbrake could be better or then I'm just bad.
A thing that when you use your horn the cars would automatically get out of your way if possible.
Bigger island and more of those car transport missions. I love them. More missions where you have to drive like a normal citizen. More of those ULTIMATE races like Island tour etc. Easter eggs.

OH and one of the most important, you could be able to ride inside the garages you have and place your cars the way you want... Hmm... Maybe this thing would need the ability to walk outside the car... Well, whatever. Just make the game a lot similar to the first (which isn't really first test drive) with some fancy improvements. Graphics are just as good as they should and please much more new cars and also include the old ones, so we could have like A LOT of cars.

But thats something I'd like to have. But anyway, it's gonna be a great game.

well firstly it would be awesome if it was set in england, for me personally.

TU shud have to fill ur car up wit petrol/diesel/lpg, rainy, sunny, night time.

generak realism e.g speed cameras, some may disagree although that wd neva happen. hah

1998 Targa Top Toyota Supra Turbo...The first performance pack should be the stuff needed to prepare for a turbo. The second performance pack should be a big single turbo. The third performance pack should be the Twin Turbo that boosts it up to the 800hp to 1000hp range...

It should also have visual upgrades (body kits, JDM conversion kits) and some tuner cars...I'm not a rice head but after playing all the games with all the tuners you kinda miss it when you get a HUGE map to drive around on.

You should be able to semi-sorta tune your cars too (Rim and Tire Size & Ride Height at least).

This game is so awesome already, but there are a few things I would like to see:

• Improve the navigation system for finding other players.
• The game should generate random multiplayer races/challenges with good payouts, and then send the invites to players automatically to set up races.  This would take a lot of the hassle, work and waiting out of setting up a multiplayer race.
• Better looking chicks/models.
• More detail and rooms in the houses, with a first-person free-roaming mode so you can walk through the house, garage and yard/pool area.
• Better customizability of your character.  Right now, most of the character models look too similar.
• Completing certain missions/challenges should "win" you a model who then hangs out at one of your houses.  You should be able to collect a harem
• Overall, less random NPC traffic on the roads in general.
• A storyline/plot connecting some of the missions together would add some drama/interest beyond just completing missions to earn money for more cars/houses.
• More unique/hidden locations and secret areas that you have to discover just by exploring.  These could be woven into the plotline as well.

I like the idea of 'winning' a model (even if it is just one).

Also agree with the  hidden/secret areas.

Imo the NPC/AI traffic is alright in TDU (it could be improved for sure), but its just game lag that makes it random and appear faulty.

First person in your houses and shops/bars etc would be a great feature, but could get boring after a while.

The houses.  There's over 1.2 million people living on the island of O'ahu right now. I think TD2 should let every player have their own house or houses.  I  just didn't like the fact that everyone owned the same house.

Bigger island, more cars and more things to do other than what we had in TDU.
So many gamers had big plans after that first TDU demo. People wanted to meet up with each other and race around the island. The full game eventually arrived and we couldn't even do that because of the way the servers worked. You and a friend could be in the same spot on the island but in reality be on a totally different server. Because of this, the game's attraction rapidly died out. Clubs were neigh on impossible to really do because it was hard to meet up.

I've no idea weather this has been resolved now, but it should have been a priority from the outset.

I want some sort of off road mode and off road vehicles. I just think it'd be fun if they had both the sports cars and then big four wheel drives. Just my opinion. Also I would really love day/night transitions and also weather. :)

Well i would just like two things that is to have it 'Unlimited' as the game currently is 'Test drive: Limited'. I want it unlimited as far as realisticly possible like for instance tuning, do it yourself (like forza, or real life), car body customisation (like nfs underground). Atm we have tuning 1,2,3 and car colour in my opinion thats not unlimited.

some more customizing for all the cars instead of just some brands.  Some trucks and suvs with an off road section.  I drag strip would also be cool.

what do i want from tdu hmm lets see

-more muscle cars ,choppers(harley's etc.), more houses, weather elements,damage to cars(so if your smack into a car doing 80 you total your car), trucks, and finally to take someplace somewhere bigger

The easiest, and almost sure fire wya to connect to friends, is to bring up your map, find them through the player filter, and highlight them and teleport to them. You will almost always be put in thier server. From there on, just bring up the session HUD, and lock them. As long as you don't go into your map or into a showroom/house, you'll remian in the same session.

well what im suprised at is thatno one has mentioned the terribly unrealisticly sounds of the cars. i hate the way the cars sound. it makes me wnder if a def person made these sounds. just take the koenigsegg or the saleen for example. two cars of which have mostrous v8's and they sound like utter crap! and we all know what  gallardo sounds like, andwhat tdu did is absolutley horrid!dont get me wrong, ths is one of my favorite games ever but the sounds are just sooo unrealistic. mayb if the could get the sound desiger of pgr4 in there, i think that the game wuld be the absolute best ame in the wrld. t would bat all other racin gaes. it has extremely good graphics (well at let whenu hit 720p hd), it hasthe huge free roam feature, it has all the great things a acing game needs, on the exception of weather, suv's, better servers, and a customiztional feature.
