So, I've unlocked this game and can play it while I'm signed on, but when I am off-line, it only gives me the option to "Unlock game" - even though I've already unlocked it. 

Any thoughts?

This is happening only if the console ID was cahnged

Have u sent ur console for repair recently, if yes then call the support line to have this game unlocked offline
