what do u guys think of the game. honestly i've grown to like it even more and more... but i can't seem to find online walkthroughs or guides. perhaps it's still too early? i'm kinda stuck so u can say that i'm clueless on what to do now HAx3.

btw do u think it's worth it to get the gameguide, i know theres one published by Primagames but i'm not sure if it's already available here...

hi, i have the game, am currently Kendal level 67. I've completed normal, but u know what.. i never really did the quests.. i just kept going on and on hacking and slashing zzz.. the quest of the main story is bloody difficult. Its like answering riddles.. like uhh take the winding road to embrace time what do i do now? wtF? thatz what it tells me to do.. what about u? are u having the same problem? and the spells they have are bloody useless.. i haf this one that grows a blue plant.. its suppose to venom and thrust attack, but nothing happens when i summon it.. and my fren he actually has the timberman skill.. but all it does when he summons.. it pop out from the ground and falls on the enemies around him.. thatz pretty dumb.. the only skill thatz nice i think so far is chilling touch.. -_- im getting bored with the game already since i dont know what the *** is going on. . . and the map is kinda unreadable man..

most of the time i do in the game is press x and a button.................

haha yeah i'm stuck there too. what does it mean to take the winding road to embrace time? I'm stuck with Kendal solo mode, and the only way to defeat some of the level bosses is to play that level in multiplayer. and wat abt Curian? I see there's weapons for him in the game but he's not a playable character... perhaps i need to complete a mission to unlock him? btw my fav spell is the magic shot... pretty usefull actually. if u ask me, it's pretty much like Musou meets eM meets Ninety Nine Nights meets Diablo. It could have been a great game if there's not much missing pieces.

i haf no idea what it means.. i like riddles but i hate it to be applied in a rpg game.. its ridiculous.. we teenagers have difficulty thinking how to solve it.. like which act to go to.. where to head to and what to expect. This shows that they never think for the kids.. how are the kids gonna play it.. i think they are just gonna hack and slash the mobs and finish the game.. they wont even go into the dream world.. kinda disappointing..

oh and about the riddle.. im not sure if we shld go to forest of embrace.. since embrace the word is in the riddle or the winding road in the hall of arrogance. If u haf trouble with the forest guardian boss at act 1. u gotta kill 4 of his heads then use a range weapon to shoot his bottom. I m using kendal and i didnt had a range weapon coz i tot i was a melee attacker, so i synthesize many times on my weapon hammer for strong willpower damage.. haha lucky i had a friend who uses shuriken. he killed it while i was just standing there doing nothing after all the heads were gone lol.

btw i found out that when you kill a end level boss in multiplayer mode you will still get a achievement, but you will still have to go throught the same boss all over again should u play in in solo mode.
so far, i've tried to ignore the game quests and play the game by going through the level in order. Initially i thought the Cruelty within Arrogance was in one of the Arrogance levels itself, but I couldn't find it anywhere within.
i started with Kendal equipped with a crossbow so i had little problem killing the four headed guardian. what's your update?

hmm nothing much to update actually . . haha im stuck with the damn riddle quests. im gonna stop till the bloody guide comes out. i completed normal last week.. if u have any problems with any bosses, u could ask i will help. but of all the boss, i cant fight the lava diablo. need range weapon to kill him while stayin on rock from the lava.

i am level 120 now, i cant add any mroe lvl, i think 120 is the max.. nearly complete hard.. do any of u know how to get to stage 2 boss???

Yep, 120 is the highest. To fight the boss at Desolation you need to do Kendal's side quest, he's the only character who can unlock the End of Desolation.

If you need help on the side quests or what not, you can try the BOB Forums or the GameFAQs boards. No real need to buy a strategy guide for this game.

erm, if i unlock it with Kendal, will my other chara able to go to the end of Desolation?

Is the game really that good? Im thinking of purchasing one

Ive Just Got the Game been playing it for a little just wondering what the co-op is like so far ive seen no one online just wondering if someone would mind playing the game through sometime?... i warn you dont fully understand the game system yet so may need to explain how to synthesize weapons and stuff haha :o(
