The simpsons game is a good RPG it contains the same humor we all know from the tv show,but the question is...is it really worth youre money?  i played it and yea its fun but the problem is that in like 10 hours you beat the whole game,you just beat it and youre over with the game! in my opinion i recommend you rent it DO NOT buy (if you are a big fan of the simpsons,buy it)

Hehehe. To be honest, the game starts out quite.... mediocre. But starting at the level where you enter the 'Game Engine' the Simpsonish flavour starts to kick in, and it only gets better from there.

Very good game...the story mode is funny and entertaining after you get past the first couple chapters.  I myself just rented the game....i beat it in about 5 hours of actual game time....its definitly worth a playthrough....its a very different experience from anything you've ever played before

P.S Don't let the demo make your decision...i'd give the demo a 1.5/10 and then i played the entire story mode and give the game a 8/10

Never has the Terms of Use been cited and viewed so much since the latest Update.

Its a fun game but for the price tag no its not worth it, after you have basically completed the story/collectibles/target time and time challenges there is no replay value, especially since all those things can be done at once while going through the main story.

I'm currently renting it and i am glad i saved my money, although like i said before it is still a fun game.

yea it's not worth $60 but great fun game...it should be less now...i'd say it's worth about $20...i'm a huge simpsons fan so i spent the $60 when it first came out just to have it...so rent it or wait till it comes down some more then buy it

I'd say it'd be worth $20-$30...because once you finish the story all you have left is achievements and some are HARD to get.

School sucks.

This game is crap in terms of gameplay.  Yeah it does have a lot of good simpsons content, but thats about it.  The camera angles are terrible, and this feels like a last gen game.  Don't do more then rent this for a try through.

If anything can kill a game fast, it's crappy camera setup and control, which this game give you a heaping helping of.  Doesn't help either that the game will occasionally fry your save, which has happened to some people more than once.  The only redeeming quality is the exceptional cutscenes, which make you feel like you are in an episode of the show.  But you can probably pull these up online somewhere or just ask a buddy who's already got the game to watch them.

Unless you collect Simpsons paraphenilia or just want a reason to waste money, rent the game.  Even if you find it for $20, I'd say you were paying too much.

It's $20 at Amazon, so yes (with shipping and tax it's about $30). Walmart.com is selling it for $30, so amazon is the better deal.

Just picked it up at BB for $4.99. $9.99 - $5 coupon.  I can't stop playing. Very underrated game especially if you are a fan of the show.   

got mine for like 6 bucks on ebay. the jokes alone are worth at least 8 dollars...

If you are a Simpsons fan you will like this game for the hat tips to old gags, and the new gags, and spoofs.  It's a simple game, but fun.  I've played almost every Simpson's game, and this is by far my favorite.  I don't know what do you mean with price, but you can pick up this game in a place in the net called n e w e g g . c o m for $9.99 new with free shipping, and if that is not worth it, then I don't know what is.  Renting it will cost you almost the same as owning it, so unless you have Blockbusta's Pass or Game Fl y, I can't recommend renting.

Taking into consideration the armada of crappy Simpsons games that have come out since the NES, it's a gem.

In fact there is a level in the game where a bunch of old cartridges are trashed, lol.

It really is quite good once you understand how it plays.  It's a lot of fun coop too.  It's mostly kid friendly and would be a good time with the family.

This game is worth EVERY penny as old as what it is its still funny as heck and the reaninmation in Full HD looks amazing!

I loved this game.  Got it for $40 and I have and in the future will replay it.  Hilarious at some points, smooth, simple and fun.  It's like $10 at most places now new, definitely worth that price.

the fact i laughed a lot while playing the game - something that is of an experience everytime  i watch an episode of the simpsons - makes it worth buying - especially now that one can get it brand new for $20 or even less.
