The following is a guide to all 126 cash spot locations in THPG. They are divided by location, just like the gaps. When I was stuck at about 93%, I decided to keep track of the spots I found. While doing this, I found the remaining spots I needed, so all the spots in the game should be on this list. Without further ado:
INNER-CITY PHILLY
1 on roof behind billboard (the building has a basketball hoop in front of it, the start of a line challenge in front of it, and is to the left when your back is to the skate lounge entrance
2 on top of "We the People" building
3 on piece of roof of bombed out building (bombed out building is basically a gray bowl in front of the "Stop the Violence" building)
4 inside "Stop the Violence" building
5 on top of building connected to "Stop the Violence" building (this building has boarded up windows and is near the building with the air conditioner on the roof)
6 on top of stack of cars in junkyard
7 on top of wooden telephone pole in junkyard
8 on roof of building behind train tracks (take the tracks to the blue QP part, then spine onto the rooftops, go to the rightmost rooftop)
9 on roof of building connected to the train tracks (near the bay bridge)
10 on ledge of building closest to downtown philly, across from FDR
DOWNTOWN PHILLY
11 floating in air in front of philly galleria
12 on lamppost in front of philly galleria, in front of guitar hero, volcom, and couch posters
13 on top of American flag hanging off building across the street from love park, near the crane holding the steel girder
14 climb the orange netting at construction site, it's at the top (where the secret disc is on the classic goal)
15 on top tier of scaffolding, to the left of the blue sheet
16 on the ledge of the building behind the john morgan statue
17 on glass roof in front of the parking garage
18 on a QP in between the parking garage and the hotel (slightly downhill, near a security gate for the parking garage that you can't go past)
19 at the top of the bump on the overhang in front of the hotel (from the roof of the hotel, drop down onto the overhang)
20 on top of middle lamppost to the left side of the pool next to "City of Philadelphia One Parkway" building
21 in the air over dilworth plaza (bluish place below street level, in front of hotel)
22 in the air between the metro entrance and the bell building
23 on top of the bell building
24 above two pools near bell building ("depths of bell" and "lower depths of bell" gaps)
25 above national park service building, near the blue grind marker in the same area as the bell building (spine transferring over the building gives you "bell's out" gap)
LOVE PARK
26 in middle of bowl on top of blue building on the corner of love park
27 above THPS sign/structure
28 on top of lamppost near orange stall marker
FDR SKATEPARK
29 on a rail in the air of the first building (from the entrance closest to downtown, the building with 2 garage doors, enter the left door)
30 now enter the right door, its on a high board immediately to your left (you can use the rigger menu to get a better view of the cash)
31 on the roof of the building with two garage doors
32 on one of the "roofs" of the smaller buildings connected to the buildings of inner-city philly (the one closest to the FDR entrance near the skate lounge)
33 on the board surrounded by orange netting toward the back of FDR
34 on the patches of broken cement to the right of the orange netting
35 on the green rafters (accessible from the cement slope near the
FDR entrance closest to downtown philly
36 follow the leftmost rafter (one closest to philly, not the one closest to the edge of FDR) until you hit the cash near the back
37 follow the back rafter all the way to the other side, take a right at the last possible rafter, go about halfway
BAY BRIDGE-TUNNEL
38 on top of the toll booth roof (from the philly entrance)
39 on a lamppost next to the water, before crossing onto the cargo ship
40 on top of the green crane (ladder in back)
41 on top of the red crane (ladder on side)
42 in the air between the cranes
43 on the helipad
44 on the platform behind the dirt-filled green bowls
45 in the L-shaped bowl on the roof of the cannery building
46 on a pole in the water on the left side of the road to baltimore (when facing baltimore)
47 on the platform with the 3 thugs (in the tunnel)
J.R. INTERCHANGE (through the "black hole" the thugs are guarding in the BAY BRIDGE-TUNNEL
48 straight ahead when entering from the tunnel
49 on the right corner of the elevated center portion
50 on the left side of the goat (non-elevated portion)
51 on the right side of the goat (non-elevated portion)
DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE
52 on the wire connecting the billboard above the "Welcome to Baltimore" sign to the building across the street
53 on the roof of the building with the caged-in bowl, behind the bushes (take the ladder to this roof or enter through the front door)
54 on light fixture above entrance to building with the caged-in bowl on roof (above the carving ground and epic stunt goals)
55 on the cable above the cable car tracks (near the impress demo skaters goal)
56 in the tunnel with light shining through (near the green and yellow wallplant markers)
57 on the roof of the building by the arcade machine (use the ladder, jump left, hit the grab/climb button)
58 on top of the metal art structure to the right of the theatre
59 on the middle scaffolding by the orange netting
60 on the highest roof of the theatre (not the one you can access from just going into the theatre)
61 on wire connecting theatre to black building across the street
BALTIMORE INNER HARBOR
62 in the middle of the half pipe on the overpass connecting the motorola building to the black building in downtown balitmore
63 on the blue awning of the motorola building
64 in the top bowl of the right side of the waterfall structure (on the side of the structure with 3 bowls in a row)
65 on the left side of the waterfall structure, there's a brown colored ramp. skate up this ramp and drop into the "black hole". once inside, go into the tunnel. cash at the end of the right fork in the tunnel
66 same tunnel as above, cash at the end of the left fork in the tunnel
67 above a ladder on the building by the globe (the building with the window washer rig)
68 on ledge of other building by the globe (on the ledge facing the water)
69 in bowl on roof of skate shop building (the arcade machine is by this building)
LANSDOWNE
70 when entering lansdowne, hop the right rail into the grassy area below, go under the bridge (by the blue manual marker)
71 near the skating ramp in the middle of the rightmost section of lansdowne (when facing from the entrance)
72 one the platform halfway up the giant antenna in the middle of the park
73 at the top of the giant antenna in the middle of the park
74 on the end roof of the row of houses
75 in the tunnel under the wooded/blue tarped area next to the row of houses
76 in the tunnel under the wooded/blue tarped area next to the row of houses (not a typo, there's two cash spots right next to each other)
77 when entering lansdowne, go left by where the three thugs are. skate check through the fence, jump up to the right
78 same area, but jump up to the left, go forward
79 same area, but jump up to the left, go backward
HARBOR BRIDGE
80 on the red crane
81 by the steel girder next to the red crane (bridge level)
82 on the dirt underneath the bridge (behind the wooden ramps on the sides of the bridge)
83 in the middle of the 3 construction boxes on the left side of the bridge (when facing from baltimore)
84 on a wooden pole in the water on the DC side
85 on a wooden pole in the water on the DC side
86 on a wooden pole in the water on the DC side (rig some rails out to these three spots)
FREEDOM PLAZA
87 on top of the left flagpole by the bowl, on the street coming from the bridge
88 on top of the right flagpole by the bowl, on the street coming from the bridge
89 on top of the flagpole at the opposite end of the plaza (grind the wire after entering the building behind the fountains
90 on the banner in front of the metro station entrance
91 on top of the waterfall/QP structure (above the part that doesn't have a QP)
92 by the yellow wallride marker on the corner ledge of the art gallery
93 at the peak of the ledge of the art gallery
94 on the high wire that is connected to a pole at the peak of the ledge of the art gallery
95 on the corner of the ledge of the art gallery (the opposite corner of cash #92)
96 in the "tunnel" that passes under the dome on top of the art gallery
NATIONAL MALL
97 in a bowl on top of the art gallery (the bowl closest to the capitol)
98 on the roof of the art gallery, right by a bowl (the bowl closest to the cannons)
99 on the roof of the white tent
100 on the green roof of the restrooms
101 on the upper ledge of the capitol (when walking up the steps of the capitol, go up the left steps and the cash is up and to your left)
102 on the upper ledge behind the pillars of the capitol
103 on the upper ledge of the capitol (when walking up the steps of the capitol, go up the right steps and the cash is up)
104 in the middle of the satellite dish in front of the air and space museum
105 in the tunnel underneath the rocket in front of the air and space museum (break through the grate on the ground)
106 on the leftmost ledge of the air and space museum (grind the wire from the capitol)
AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM
107 in the air over the airplane parts display case that you see as soon as you enter the museum (the display case is sort of T-shaped and really low to the ground)
108 on top of the rocket
109 in the rafters of the moon room (climb the ladder all the way to the top and jump left)
110 over the QPs on the second floor, by the area with tables and chairs set up
111 on top of the white airplane
112 above the "69" in the corner of the second floor (the black wall, not the one with lights on the wall)
113 in the highest part of the Wright Brothers room (go by the green wallride marker, face the Wright Brothers room and hop the ledge to the left, follow the ledge to a ladder)
114 in the middle of the space shuttle, just outside the the Wright Brothers room (across from the stairs, and there's a ladder to climb to the cash from the ground floor)
115 in the rafters (climb like you did in the Bam challenge, grind the rafters)
116 in the rafters (climb like you did in the Bam challenge, this one is right by the platform in the rafter, just spin around if you can't see it right away)
METRO
117 on a pipe above the QP that is on the same floor as the bottom elevator
118 at the end of an overhead light on the same floor as the bottom elevator
119 on the scrolling LED sign above the left tracks
120 on the scrolling LED sign above the right tracks
121 on the platform between the two scrolling LED signs
122 on the platform near the middle of the tracks where the QPs are
123 on the X-pipes over the middle of the tracks
124 at the end of an overhead light near the end of the left tracks by philly
125 at the end of an overhead light near the end of the right tracks by philly
126 above the map that is by the two swirling staircases
