I have 96.96%.

I followed the checklist and all I need is High Scores in 2 of the arcade games and 1 more piece of clothing. Do you guys think that those two things will cover the last 3.4%?

probably.did you win all carnival games,win keep up and the soccer game.thats what i needed.

i havent failed any classes yet, if i failed say bio 5 , 5 times would that count to that on the checklist?

I finally got 100% after being stuck at 99.20% for two days.  I hadn't done the baseball game at the carnival.

Those can be done anytime. It doesn't matter if the story is complete or not.

Was stuck on 99.05%....  Trawled this thread and the web for answers but couldnt find answer.  Started redoing stuff and then I noticed...

I had switched off Lawn Mowing House 2 (and 3 follows) icon on the map (back,right to available tasks, highlight, press A).

Straight there... 100% (FINALLY)... Hope my stupidity helps someone else. 

For the record..

333 clothing (didnt get prisoner)
42 errands
Tagged one of each and Im 90% sure it did give me a small amount for first (worth doing if unsure)

I've done everything on this list and I'm stuck at 99.02. I have all the other achievements unlocked as well. (I haven't logged in to update my achievements, but I'm only missing the 100% one).

Nvm, I went back and tried doing the house lawn mowing job (which I'm positive I did before) and then it gave me the 100%. I had to save, go to the dashboard, then load up the game again for the achievement to unlock though.

I've just reached 100% and the Perfection Achievement hasnt unlocked!!!  Whats the deal there then??

Like I said, go to the dashboard and reload your game. That should work.

ok i need some help. i have 7 more ppl for the yr book. hopefully yall could at least tell me which social group there with. the names are bryce, chad, const (his pic is next to a geek wit a long name so its probably short for something), lance, norton, tad, and vance. also i had no idea there were pumpkins. is that only doable in the halloween chapter or are the random pumpkins spread out? if they are can anyone help me find em. last thing i found consumo and got the high score. also found the monkey poo throwing game. wheres the last game and any tips on beatin the last 2?

Just go photo craxy man!!  Take pictures of everyone.  Thats what I did.  Needed about 4 by the end of the game which I googled.

There's 3 games together in the carnival shop.

You can get the pumpkins during Halloween. Or you can get them when Gary is leading you towards the Hole near the end of the first chapter.

Finally got my 100% today.

For the record, I had 334 clothing, 36 errands, NO prison outfit (but I did get the Nutcracker outfit).

The thing I was missing was the boxing (I presumed wrongly that I had covered this during the missios, but those last 4 fights gave me like 1.7% or something!)

Just incase anybody is in this situation:

'I've done Everything, absolutely everything off the checklist, and still, only 98.78 percent!'

I managed to solve the same problem last night. I'd done everything, all suggestions off every forum, and still it was a percentage off the 100 mark. So i started going back and doing things i'd already done,
The newspaper job, the lawn mowing job, although these didn't change my percentage, i'd reccommend doing it as others have said it's worked for them.
The key for me was the boxing matches. I repeated one, and noticed my percentage increased fractionally, the second knock out popped up achievment unlocked! (note: I had completed around 40 errands, and had purchased every clothing item from every store (including the carnival) however, i had 2 missing and still got 100%)

Hope this helps others who were stuck like me!

I think the same class 5 times will still count.
