Re: Post your AV Setups - Part 2
Here's my little office/gaming cave.

My PC, HD-DVR tuner and 360 are hooked up to two 24" Dell HD widescreens and two Klipsch ProMedia surround systems. My 360 is an older Premium though, so I only have VGA out. Once the Valhalla chipset comes out I'll upgrade.

That's one of the cleanest, nicest looking set ups I've seen.
Good photog skills too.Yes [Y]

But what kind of equipment is that? The only things I can make out are the PS3 and a Sony TV.

It's not could of or should of.
It's could've or should've.
Learn the difference.

I haven't been in this forum in forever but I just finished putting my home theater together (actually a true home theater is never really finished, but you get my idea) and I figured I would share my system with you folks.

My THX CinemaScope System

*I'm running a M&K 5.1 S-150 THX system with two MFW-15s by AV-123 (check them out probably the best deal in subs you are likely to find anywhere if you can deal with the long delivery).
*I have a Onkyo TX-NR1000.........a beast of a receiver pushing the audio.
*I have a Panasonic PT-AE3000U 1080p Projector with a 128" 2.35:1 (Cinemascope) ratio Carada screen
*Blu-ray player and a DirecTV DVR (they don't just give those away)

I will try to take some more pictures.  Perhaps even some that are actually worth a crap........these were just some quick ones I snapped earlier.

Wow, so nice.  Also, is that bamboo flooring?

No.

Re: Post your AV Setups - Part 2
Thanks! Nothing high end there, just cheap stuff put together in my liking lol.

TV: Sony KDL-40s4100 (yeah i know, no BE2, no high contrast ratio, 120hz refresh rate, or anything like that)
Receiver: Sony-STR-K670P 500 watts (got this in a HTIB)
Speakers: JBL Northridge TLX"s (pretty old but still sound half decent)
Last but not least my 60gb launch ps3 :)

I'm planning out a list of equipment I'd like to purchase later on. As of now this will do.

Why are the Z2300s infamous? I've had my Z2200s for like 6 years now with hardly any problems whatsoever! They still sound great for their price range.. heh. The only problem I'm aware with these two speaker systems is that the volume controller can develop a scratchiness during volume adjustments to it after awhile.

Finally finished.

TV is now wall mounted and the centre speaker moved to its "proper" position.

Also Sony BDPS550 Blu-Ray added, chosen for the 7.1 analogue outs and onboard HD sound decoding.
