Headset Problems
So it seems that when I play games with people on my friends list I cant hear them during the game and has happened on a few other games too. I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem or is there someone out there that has fixed this problem.

Which headset are you using?  If you're using the Xbox wireless headset, I've heard that this is a known issue that occurs, though not on a regular basis.

I am using the regular headset that comes with the xbox and I can hear other players that are not on my friends list just cant hear the ones on my friends list. Any help would be thankful and also I use a router if that might have something to do with it.

Run a connection test, and see what it comes back as.  It could possibly be your NAT settings.

If the NAT settings are at Strict or Moderate, you'll have to log into your router's settings from your PC, then go to this website as I've found them to be very informative and helpful, then click on 'Guides', then 'Portforwarding Guides by Router', locate your router, then click on 'Xbox Live 360', and from there you'll see a walkthrough of how to change it.  Hope this helps.

Well with the process of elimination after calling router company,.comcast, and xbox it has to be something with EA. I played with  people in the 5 on 5  then I added them to friends list. Then try to play with them and they can't see me in the lobby but I can see them, and we still can talk but once the triva comes up I can't hear them and they can't hear me but I can hear people not on my friends list on my team weird.  Tonight I delete a friend and joined him in the 5 on 5 lobby game and we could talk all game so I hope EA is fixing the problem as we speak.

When I turn on the xbox it says cant sign into messenger so I went and disabled the messenger. I am still having problems with people on my friends list not able to see me in the game lobby and when the game starts I can't talk with them during the game. So I dont know what to do now. Funny thing is I delete a friend and we join the same lobby and they can see me and we can chat all game its really messed up. There is a problem and someone needs to fix it making me not be friends with people I know in real life lmao
