This Move List is based off of the Arcade version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. The console versions boast many differences, and if Midway and Microsoft decide to incorporate any of the console features I will edit accordingly.

LEGEND:
B > Back (away from opponent)
F > Forward (towards opponent)
U > Up
D > Down
HP > High Punch
LP > Low Punch
HK > High Kick
LK > Low Kick
BL > Block
RUN  > Run
+ > press the linking buttons at the same time
Wait > Wait half a second before continuing with the move
360 > 360 degree circle on the joystick

POSITIONS:
Next to = Standing right next to your opponent
Sweep = Within sweeping range, the range where you can perform a sweep move (B+LK)
Past Sweep = Past the range where you can perfrom a sweep move (B+LK)
Jump distance = One jump away from standing next to your opponent
Far = 3/4 to full screen away from your opponent

Note: While performing some moves or Fatalities, you may see “Hold Block to help” written after the move. This simplifies the move by keeping your character still. You will need to release Block before quickly pressing any action buttons (HP,LP,HK,LK,etc.)

Animalities:If you would like to perform an Animality you must show your opponent mercy first. They will regain a little life back, just beat them again for the opportunity to do an Animality. (SEE: Mercy for details)

Babalities:If you would like to perform a Babality, you must not use the BLOCK button during the winning round.

Friendship:If you would like to perform a Friendship, you must not use the BLOCK button during the winning round.

Stage Fatalities:You can only perform a Stage Fatality in the following stages: Pit 3, Subway, ***, and Bell Tower

Brutalities: This is the arcade port of UMK3, there will be no Brutalities in the game.

Mercy:You can only show your opponent Mercy in the third round. After the screen says “Finish Him/Her” Hold RUN and press D, D, then release RUN (outside of sweep distance)

Ultimate Kombat Kodes:In the arcade version of UMK3, you needed a Kombat Kode to unlock Mileena, Classic Sub-Zero, and Ermac. You were promted to enter these codes after you die in the 1 player game and don’t continue. (SEE my Kombat Kode Thread for details)

Characters: The only secret characters in this game are Mileena, Classic Sub-Zero, Ermac, and Human Smoke. Human Smoke is playable through holding a series of buttons after selecting Cyborg Smoke (See Human Smoke below for details). The rest are accessed via Ultimate Kombat Kodes (see my Kombat Kode thread for more details).
