i'm just wondering what type of people download old games like this? 

i'm 31 and remember playing this as a teenager. generally i'd only download old games from arcade that I know and love, for the whole 'ooh cool remember this bit' thing

so what age are you and what are your reasons for downloading this game and (more generally) others from xbox live Arcade

I'm 25 and i love retro games!

Im 23 and i remember this on my Sega, what a game! me and my bro would always play this, he was always Axle and i was always the bird in the red <3. I even remembered the special combos and grab moves from years ago.

Now at stage 5 with 9 lives, must get home and play!

I'm about to turn 21, and I got it for online co-op...  I still own the original Genesis cartridge.

I'm 33 and I still have this game for my Megadrive/Genesis as well. I also bought this because I knew its a great game, same thing with Sonic 2.

As a #1 fan of the 1st game of this series, and with 19 years old, I just love to play this game, which I couldn't play on my Genesis cuz it wasn''t released on my birthplace

Now I really love playing this one, which is kinda more difficult, but still enjoyable

hehe, same here, i'll be 21 in july, also own the megadrive original in its box and everything. havn't bought the live version yet but the online co-op is a massive draw for me

im 20 turning 21 i first played the SOR series wen i was 8 years old at my cousins and eventually i got it on sega mega drive a few months later many good memories playin it with my brother :-)

22 been a fan of the game for a very very long time.
