Nice job, you wake up too early though... damn sleep- I mean really, who needs it anyway? ;)

I camped on the third level. The green things he throws are worth 600 points and he throws two at time, when he throws them. It's much quicker than level 1 and still easy enough to dodge everthing, just make sure you don't kill him by accident.

I was thinking the same thing so I put it on easy and it really just felt the same... I didn't notice any difference so I didn't bother with it - I put it back on default.
I just had a controller toss moment and died on 58k... Yay me, my high score for co-op was 48k with someone. And I had so many runs of high forties before I got the 50k. I guess I'm just cursed to get close for everything in this game...
Anyway, regarding the default settings, I played around with it and noticed that Sark isn't as aggressive when you shift it down to '1' difficulty, or maybe that's just because I wanted to believe that. One way or another, when I get Immortal, I will confirm whether or not you need to be on default settings because I'm going to play it on easy from now on. It'll just make me feel better.

I didn't bother camping at the first level, because it takes way too long. The problem was, my mind would start to wander, and I would make a stupid mistake.
I camped at the 3rd level until I accidently killed Sark twice, then I would quickly proceed to level 6 (which is almost identical to level 3, except he has an extra move). By the time I finished level 6 (accidently), I finished it up in level 7.
Basically, any stage where Sark throws those little green things at you that give you 600 points, you can work up your score pretty fast.
