I'd imagine not, but even so - Wouldn't it be boring to hit X 1000 times? I'm sure you'd get the achievement regardless - On the PC version, I'm at just short of 500,000 deaths, as are most folk who have been playing for a while. o_O

i got it real fast.  When you make a level you do lots of testing = tons of deaths.

Windows Movie Maker for editing

Pressing X to kill yourself only works in multiplayer (right?) The achievement is for deaths in single player only.

In Command and Conquer 3 there was a secret achievement where you had to push the A button 2000+ times in the course of a single campaign level.  I made my girlfriend do it, lol.

I can't confirm it but that's what I've heard on other acheivement sites. Until someone unlocks it in multiplayer I have no reason to disbelieve it. :)

Yes it has to be in single player,  i unlocked it, as everyone predicted on the 16th episode (prediction: between 15 and 25)

pressing X is to hard compared to playing episode 14 level 4...you die INSTANTLY..thank god i beat the level after 30,000 curse words and 1200 tries

Yes you do, looks like you got it before you hit Episode 30. Just like the rest of us. :)

Hi,

If you can get it by pressing x 1000 times, then that's a bug. We got this bug during development, and I remember fixing it... ?
The achievement is supposed to be awarded when you die of 'natural causes' during a single player game.. :)

If it's a bug, it's really not that bad. The acheivement comes pretty quickly anyhow. :)

yes you could get it that way.....

the achievement unlocks the moment you die for the 1000th time. (non 'x' according to the post above)
