When you pre-order you supposed to get a special card with 2 Gun codes. Do they give it when the game ships to the store? Did I get Screwed by not getting it at time of purchase?

I pre-ordered at Gamestop and they told me that they would give out the codes on launch day when you pick it up. They used to give out the bonus stuff when you pre-ordered but there were problems with people getting more than one bonus or none and such. At least, this is how my Gamestop does it.

I'm supposed to get the code through an e-mail on release day.

Which shop did you pre-order it from? also, did you pre-order it in person so you pick it up on launch or via a website?

Thats why I will pick MINE up early. The CS of Gamestop says "They have not recieved it yet" for e-mail NOR the RAVE cards.....so I guess I will get mine on release. If not they had better have a contingency plan, cause I only pre-ordered for the extra guns, or else I woulda E-bayed it like I always do and save like ten bucks lol.

The two guns sound pretty wicked. A sniper rifle/grenade launcher and a High capacity sub machine gun....yay for mass killings.

More than likely knowing the way other preorder codes have worked, the guns will be available through normal gameplay and the codes will most likely turn off acheivements.

That’s what I was wondering, will unlocking these guns early turn off your achievements points? Usually when you unlock something with a "code" or "cheat" it turns the achievements off while in use. Is there anywhere that says unlocking these guns early will not disable your achievements or are these guns only available in multi player? Just a couple questions, thanks in advance.

I think when you enter the code it will probably say 'If you enter this code, you're achievements will be disabled' blah blah blah, but IMO I don't think it will do that.

I agree with you, odds are the unlocked guns will have a high ingame price to balance stuff out anyways.

i pre-ordered as well never was told about code never received code tryed to get code two days later, ya right good luck

I have the game as a rent and i think the code is in the book but since i have it from gamefly i dont get a book but it is in with a blockbuster rental.

I got a pre-order pack for Too Human armor sets and i think the codes activate on the release date... at least i hope so if not what do I do???
