They say different retailers have different "exclusive" content for the game, but it's simply a code they give you that you put into the bonus features section in the extras menu. So rather than have people fishing around for the codes all over, I was trying to get everybody that has any different codes to post them here, so that we all may enjoy all of the content.

Seems the only two are village and street

Hum, after playing frontline on Normal I plugged that sp-village into the proper area according to KAOS however, I am informing you it did not work. I still have yet to open up this Alpine village with that sp-village code name, just another drawback for KAOS
